I reached out to She Moves Philly when I was planning on moving, and Jen responded to my email immediately. Jen took time to speak with me over the phone and learn what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about rentals in the area I was looking to move in and timelines for moving. I asked if it would be possible to tour properties, and she offered to set up showings and attend with me, which I greatly appreciated. While I decided not move at all (did proceed with setting up apartment tours), I am still very appreciative of the time that Jen spent talking with me. In the event that I do move in the future, I would contact She Moves Philly again.

From start to finish - they provided the wisdom and guidance to navigate selling a house in this market. Britt was always available to answer any questions and provide any needed recommendations.

So much is involved in in selling a house - from prep to staging to photography and marketing (and of course the paperwork) - however SMP was there leading me every step of the way. They even set me up on an app which provided updates and feedback on open houses and private showings. It was such a pleasure to work with such a friendly, knowledgeable and professional team.
