Work was done in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to teach us the security system and answered all of our questions.

Had a great experience with the technician who came out on a Saturday afternoon and was VERY helpful and even got me a spare key for my old van! It was absolutely awesome! Will recommend!

The prices change after the service is done. I was told one price and when the service was done it was another almost double. They don’t have any customer service skills and are very unprofessional. There are tons of other locksmiths out there that are reliable I used this one because I was told the price not quote. I don’t recommend this place to anyone beware

When we got locked out of our townhome at 9: 00pm on a cold, Friday night, we called Shearer. Travis answered the phone quickly, was kind, professional, and got to our location within 40 minutes. He was able to unlock the door in SECONDS! Very good service, thank you Travis!

Locked myself out of my apartment on a Friday evening. Shearer's seemed to be the only place willing to help me! They responded quickly and got me back in my home.

They do not help customers in the store. Even if you call ahead. They will ignore you. But they have time for personal visitors and youtube.
