Came in early, ordered my food, got my items, and paid. Waited 10 mins for food that was already done because the staff was too busy BS-ing with a patron. I remember when customer service was the main focus.
There are many lessons other gas stations / convenient stores that could be learned from Sheetz. The staff move a good pace while remaining very polite and professional. The food deals are some of the best for the price you will find anywhere. Always clean with a wonderful selection of products.
Other than good service. It says on each entrance that masks are required. It should be, No Shoes, No Shirts, No Masks, No Service. They no not enforce wearing of masks! Don't say you can't enforce it, Sheetz!
I went in and got food and a drink. Went up to pay and the lady at the register was in such a bad mood and was being rude. I even tried making her day better by saying “have a good day” nicely and she was you “you too” very rudely.
Place itself was beautiful with the renovation done. The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered, and paid for, two cheese sliders with Mayo and pickle and a side of Mac and cheese bites. They put very little Mayo and added the Mac and cheese to the burgers. One bite per burger.
My husband got a full steak and cheese. The bun was so hard and the steak was very little. All bun no steak. Won’t be back for food for a long time.
What a great staff this place has. They are always so friendly and fast with service. They keep the place pretty clean, too. This is certainly my Sheetz of choice in town.
Sheetz is the same everywhere, it's a convenience store with made-to-order hot food, clean bathrooms, gas, plenty of drinks (alcohol and regular) cold salads/fruit cups/snacks/candy and more. They're open 24/7, including holidays. Prices are higher, but it's there when nothing else is open.
Omgoodness, the people at this store were so out of the way nice to us! Not to mention the service was Great! I love my Sheetz!
