Sheetz, Lancaster PA

Can't get a regular cup of coffee. Had to order a cup, wait for the machine to grind the beans, the the layer of froth that I don't like. Not a single creamer dispenser working and no powdered cream. Parking lot is trashed. Trash cans by pumps overflowing. Foyer is filthy and not enough staff.

Every time I go here it's worse and worse. They are never stock up. Its always dirty. I feel like they can't do there jobs or there just choosing to not do it. Where is the manager i mean how is she making money when they are all was running out of merchandise for sale there needs to be somebody taking inventory cleaning I mean covid is a real thing.

The sheetz on Columbia ave in mountville is by far the worst at making cold brew coffee! Too much sugar even if i select regular amd NEVER enough creamer/milk. I always choose almond milk and my coffee always tastes like straight up expresso.

I placed an order at the drive thru and when I got to the window the cashier didn't ask me for my Sheetz card, rang up my credit card first, then told me I couldn't use my Sheetz card for my points! Never again!

The food was very good bacon burger was really good as well could have cave more fries. The sheets is very clean but I saw 2-5 people walk in without a mask or Face covering and. Employees said no words what so ever. It was around a15-25 minutes wait just for food but the sheets it self was very clean,

Come once or twice a week for lunch - very pleasant crew.always friendly.never a hassle.food quality is good too.

Sorry sheetz I can no longer consider this location a 5 star location. As much as I love your company I hate this location. My wife and I get food from here at least once a week and we can't remember the last time our order was correct. I have contacted customer service and they have given me free items but even those items are messed up. We have decided there are too many other places to eat in the area we are done with Millersville sheetz for a while.

BTW two stars instead of one because the location is clean when we go in.

Edit to respond to owner: I do agree your customer service is like no other and you guys have always made things right. After a while I feel bad for getting free stuff even though they are messing our order up all the time.

We only go to Sheetz as a treat for something to eat every so often cuz it can get kinda expensive. But the quality of the MTO is usually above & beyond other similar types of places so I understand some of the price.
However, this location has tap danced right across my last nerve.

About 2 weeks ago, I went into this location & not only did it take FOREVER though no one else was there but a few ppl we’re behind the counter. The sandwiches were a mess. Much more so than usual. The amount of oil & vinegar on the one caused the lettuce to be pink and wilted in the few minute ride home. I figured it was an off day or new ppl training with a heavy hand. Whatever, things happen.

Then today- $30+ of food & it was nearly all inedible. Period. The oil & vinegar soaked through the 2 rolls it was supposed to be on so so completely, it turned them both pink. Not to mention what that did to the toppings! We could’ve squeezed the vinegar out of them both. There was no mayo as was ordered but that would’ve only made it worse in this case; not that they cared. Also, no salt and pepper unless it was washed away by the deluge of oil & vinegar, too. So it continues to leak beyond the rolls & through the foil papers, sandwich papers (into a third sandwich yet! Causing a section of THAT 1 to become soggy) & the paper bags, making them soggy enough that they tore before we were even out to the car.
This was too much- this went too far. It was so much that it wasn’t a mistake, no way. Maybe it was some young kid who hasn’t worked before or even a seasoned employee - but it looks like someone was taking out her frustrations with having to do a large order by purposely destroying it. I do not believe it was a mistake at all & that’s why I’m so mad. Now I’ve waited money and so much for the easy dinner for me to catch a break tonight. No one would ever ever want that done to one sandwich let alone several. Even if they asked for extra- it’s not this.

I went to the Sheetz in Millersville, Pa and purchased two drinks and a candy bar. The cashier scanned my items and told me it was 6.09 I gave her a 20.00 dollar bill. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t give me my change because of a shortage in coins and she pointed to a note on the counter. She told me that the. 91 cents would be donated. Number one I have not seen on the new that they is a shortage in coins. Number two I was not ask to round up to 7.00 dollars I was told that it will be donated to a children’s fund. Number three when I go to the register at a store with so much stuff on the counter to begin with I don’t read the notes, I just want to to on my way. When I ask for proof that it will be donated she couldn’t give me a receipt. I should have said just give me my money back and keep the drinks & candy but I was so shocked and confused and just left. Clearly one of the better regional quick shops. Pleasant area. Other resturaunts and services right there!

Worse cheese steak ever, granted I did not have high hopes. I was hungry, something quick (NOT).
There was more cheese then steak. What a waste of money. On the upside store appeared clean.

Parking was adequate, but I decided to give 5 stars simply because Samuel the cashier is truly a gem & always provides top-tier cashiering services. He’s the glue that holds this place together

I am disappointed about the breakfast I ordered today I ordered 2 Western burritos and all I got was cheese there was no eggs in it it was just cheese and I would never go back there again to have food people avoid this place I think

I came into this location to order some boneless bites and a salad. I ordered a customized salad with chicken tenders. When i finally got home, i checked my salad and did not have chicken but everything else i ordered. I also did not have the buffalo sauce that was to come with it as well. Yet i was charged for the sauce and chicken which i never recieved. Im fed up with people who cant follow an order. Thank you sheetz for ruining yet another experience there. Im done ordering from sheetz and will take my business to WaWa
