Sheetz #312 reviews
21Hey Sheetz why am I sitting in parking lot and over 7 people have walked in and out without wearing a mask when clearly on the door it says mask required, you need to step up and consider the health of the public, if they dont want to wear it they can go somewhere else or are you needing the money so bad you can't have people follow a simple requirement.
Not a great location, both due to layout inside and out as well as the difficult nature of heading back towards 283. Not a fault of the location but something that could have been thought out better.
It took half an hour to get gas. Pumps were ancient and we had to get help. Was a ridiculous nightmare. Will drive 50 miles out of the way before I ever get gas here again.
This is a tale of two Sheetz's - a fast one and a slow one. When the guests are few and there is plenty of staff, you will be in and out in no time. Orders are made correctly and everyone seems to be in a good mood. BUT - when you get there and its busy (lunch time) or they are short staffed, you will wait.and wait.and wait. First to pay for food since there is almost always only one cashier on duty and they always seem to be in training or brand new off of training. Next is more waiting to get the food. The staff seems to be working as hard as they can but they never seem to keep up with demand. Plus, this store is in need of a major renovation as its too cramped and their selection of ready made/bottled drinks pales in comparison to other stores.
I just stopped her for gas and didn’t go inside so I can’t speak to inside. However, the external of the building looks decent and somewhat well-maintained. Paying at the pump was quick and easy and I was able to use my Sheetz reward points to get 50 cents off per gallon! Worth a stop if you need gas!
Gas Review only. Gas is normally cheaper than Mount Joy or E-town. Also the discount card helps in price
Went to order a steak sub and got message
No condiments, went to get coffee lids on pots are in need of replacement looks awful.
After a long day, I was looking forward to savoring a CHICKEN quesadilla. As I opened the bag and bit into my quesidilla, I realized it lacked the chicken. I have never been this disappointed in my whole life and I just wasted 7 dollars
Poor service long wait. I was ignored when I went to pay was made to wait over 5 min. Food I received was just thrown in the bowl and hardly filled it to the top. Fries were throwing in the bag. The staff seemed high af and cracked up about everything while making the food. Not ever going here again!
The employees are always friendly and helpful. Restrooms are kept clean. They keep lines moving so the wait for service is never long. The food is very good and special orders are never a problem. Most important, coffee is always fresh and hot!
A lot of people complaining over nothing. This store is great and I've never had a problem with staff
So I went to sheets tonight to get food as I hardly ate first I got 2 jalepeno ranch sauces when I had ordered one jalepeno ranch and one marinera, that is the first mistake, second mistake is they gave me burnt pizzarollis or whatever they are called, third my hash browns were falling apart and last but not least my maple hot cakes sandwich with cream cheese, well let's just say it was in the same wrapper but not on the sandwich. I don't ask for 5 star service, not even 2 but is it that hard to get my order correct and made properly especially when it was not busy. I am very annoyed
This is worst customer service i have ever faced till date. There have been lot many staff in the food court who are only good at making a delay and food poisoning. The staff sucks big time. I recommend every one not to go grab for anything.yuck. I had diarrhoea.and i barfed half a dozen times after i took a crumb.
Don't go at meal times. Service was slow. Took 35 minutes to complete 2 popcorn chicken and 1 onion ring order that ended up being wrong anyway. Next time it will be Mcdonalds across the street.
Sheetz. The Wal-Mart of gas stations. Zero customer service, slow employees, crappy quality food. That's overpriced to boot!
Food poisoning anyone? I frequent here a lot, or did. I've been coming here for about 5 years and I'm on my 2nd bout with food poisoning from their 'wonderful' MTOS in the last 12 months. Both times I began cramping and nausea within a handful of hours which then lead into ww3. First time was a 12 in Turkey sub on white, honey mustard, lettuce, tomatoe, onions, pickles. This time 12 in chicken on pretzel, honey mustard, tomatoe, onion, jalapeños. I said it the first time but mean it this time, never again will I eat an MTO. On a brighter side, everyone working there is nice and gas isn't terribly expensive.
Long lines and under staffed most days. Food is what you expect from a convenience store. Gas prices are usually $0.10 higher than everyone else in the area.
My girlfriend ordered a hot dog here and is really sick. She has been vomiting for the past two hours. The kitchen has food laying all over the floor, tables, and it's gross! This place clearly has no one managing it. I called and ask to talk to a manager and they put me on hold, then hung up on me. I will be sending corporate a similar complaint.
Sheetz needs to revisit the days when they were becoming popular. The 90s great customer service and cleanliness. Now the service Is poor the cashiers and deli personell don't greet the customers anymore and everything from the kiosk to the bathrooms and the bathroom doors and the counter tops and cooler doors are all filthy dirty.
Food is typical compared to most sheetz. Variety of options to choose from. They always seem to have low staff on the cashier end of things as there's typically a line. The layout of the store doesn't make sense to me. Putting the coffee right in front of where you stand to pay. Always feel in the way.
