I had the worst experience I've ever had at sheets tonight I ordered my chili dogs with chili and they did not put it on there I know it don't seem like a big deal but $4 out of my paycheck is a big deal to me and I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes in order to get the chili situation cleared up and the best they could do was give me the chili and little tiny packages I know it sounds crazy but this is the most hassle I've ever had at sheets as a freak level customer I've been spending tons of money in this store And for them to do me like this they could have refunded the $4 very easily I don't understand I don't understand sheets you've let me down you disappointed me I'll definitely go

Just got a salad there half the stuff wasn't even in it that I ordered Tried to call the store no answer

They have very fast service, I just hate when they ask you.if you need a bag and you got 10 things in your hand, hummm?

Ordered food last night for my boyfriend and I, Got a chicken Sandwich and a burger. Will never return again, our burger buns were hard as a rock, after eating it we got sick, and still feeling sick tonight. Horrible experience overall, will not be returning to this location. I need someone from corporate to reach out.

Ordered a burrito bowl without the shell and got enough for 2 spoons. This place will rip you off and make excuses. Waited 25 minutes for 3 items

I would not recommend going here they don’t know how to do things right they messed up my entire order and when I called so you know give a little bit of helpful advice in case it was someone new who worked there the lady had an attitude️

I have never had bad service at this sheetz. The food has been always good and exactly what I have ordered. Very nice staff and one of the few sheetz stores in the area with clean restrooms. I enjoy going here when I am up in Richland.

My Fiance and I was just there. We was buying some beverages, but the young gentlemen took my fiance ID he is 55 and then took the ID and talked to 4 other employees a d then came back over and said I can't sale you these beverages. My Fiancee asked why and he said he didn't know ow why, you just look a loo. So I asked if I could go get my ID from the truck and buy them and he said NO! With no explanation. So my Fiancee said I guess I'm not allowed to be in a GOOD MOOD today. So I said lets leave and go to a BETTER Sheetz. We feel like we was victimized and WON'T be BACK. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

Will not go to another Sheetz again after today, a worker name Melissa and Security Guard (called this company real quick) making fun of my woman. Then the Security Guard tired to say they didnt say it when it was heard! I have never had anything 2 say bad about this local business but now I will spread this to everyone I know. I am DONE with this company

For a sheetz this is bye far one of the worset. So the last couple times going in to odee food my cheese sticks not melted in side. Today odee was 16 dollors and everything about the order was wrong the only thing right was to was chicken in the wraps. But the chicken was cold wraps soggy and dint have the right idems on them. Of couse we dint eat them so dont know if the chicken was cooked. Plus ordered cheese sticks and not even in the bag.
