Sheetz, Rochester PA

I have been to dozens of Sheetz locations state wide. This is dirtiest and least stocked Sheetz. Update: nothing has changed. They lost so much money from me. Nothing I need is in stock. I will even come back the next day to see if the item is in stock. There's been items not in stock for 2 or 3 weeks now. It's ridiculous. At least staff is nice and helpful. Another update weeks later: still no improvement! Just gonna keep updating this and add photos.

The chicken wraps are extremely small, but the staff is friendly and they actually put cheese on my wraps unlike Baden. You people leave a bad review for food tickets on the floor. You threw them there! Do you think these people have timeo to clean up your mess when they are extremely busy? You should be ashamed of yourself. Food portions for the price are a bit ridiculous.

I hate to even complain as it feels petty but companies won't improve without customer feedback both good and bad. Unfortunately, based on other poor reviews I see, I'm not sure there's any hope for improvement but we can try. On 3/9/23 we ordered food from store #128 in Rochester PA, a total of 12 tacos and 1 spicy chicken salad. My complaint is with the accuracy of the order, the quality of the food and or the lack there of of food hardly at all. The salad we paid almost 9 dollars for was barely even half full in a large bowl that we've known to be full in the past. Chicken on the salad? Was that chicken? The "tacos" were cold as could be even though they were brought home promptly and lacked hardly any of the asked for toppings at all. We had to ask ourselves if there was even meat on them? The lettuce and cheese were also lacking and the pico was missed totally on most of the tacos we asked for it on. Taco sauce? Also none. We had to doctor the tacos up with salsa, dressing, and cheese from home to bring them anywhere near worth eating. I feel highly disappointed with the quality, money's worth for portion size, and accuracy of the order for the hard earned money spent on it all. The salads from other locations in the past have been very generous in portion and the tacos we've had in the past were also fantastic for what they were. Unfortunately, this location was just plain bad and sadly I feel as though I shouldn't be surprised as we have seen a decline in the overall cleanliness of the store the past few years.

Normally don't leave reviews but in this case I feel I must. Cashier by the name of Emily really makes my day. She is so positive and uplifting, wish some of the other employees would follow suit. Thank you for being such a good person and wonderful employee!

Worst place i’ve ever been to. Order was supposed to be ready at 11: 03. It was ready 45 minutes later and the food was cold. I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every time I go i swear it’s worse.

Emily is an angel! She is such a hard worker has such a great personality! I came in and forgot my debit card trying to count out change and she went ABOVE and beyond and paid for my gas to get home. It really made me believe there are still good people out there! Thank you so much Emily for being so amazing!

Being in a wheelchair I bring in my own toilet paper because difficult for me to bend like that n I use hand sanitizer if it hurts for me to try and reach hand soap: (
But as a whole you can see by my Sheetz Card I am a loyal customer:)

On thanksgiving I ordered a chicken sandwich from here. I hadn’t eaten yet that day and it was about 11: 30am. I went home ate it and about 445pm about 30 mins before the turkey was cooked my stomach was upset. I proceeded to skip dinner and started throwing up from 530 until three in the morning. I am still having bad bathroom experiences 24 hours later. It was the only thing I ate that day and I just now have started to be able to hold down water and crackers. I normally have no issues here but something from that sandwich has made me nauseous and have extreme problems in the bathroom. Idk if I’m ever gonna get food from here again because of this.

This got to be the worst sheetz I have ever been to they always got a full staff and they never have their coolers stocked I come here just about everyday and it the same stuff everyday coolers always empty and the crew just standing around talking among each other also they can have a line of people with 1 cashier and 12 in the kitchen and no one will come help the cashier unless the cashier can’t sell Alcohol

Haven't ordered stuff there in a while (since they 1st started serving food) and it was easy to use, amd didn't take too long. And i Love the free air4 my car tired!

Bigger store, more choices than my lical Sheetz. Clean and great customer service, as always!

This location is filthy everywhere. Outside, and inside look to have not been cleaned in months. I saw a half eaten cinnamon bun in the candy isle shelf, and receipts from food orders are strewn about in the vestibule

They had a line of customers and instead of waiting on the customer all Reagan wanted to was text on her phone and she does not have a good attitude with the customers she is very rude

The coolers are always empty nothing is never stocked in this store and the sad part is they have everything in the back of the coolers there is always so many people working in the mornings just standing around talking amongst each other instead of stocking coolers I get sometimes it is busy but this is all the time going on a lil over a yr now I shop here frequently and can never get everything I need and the wait waiting on food is ridiculously long the only good thing about this location is the cashiers they are very friendly if it wasn’t for that I probably wouldn’t come to this location

This store has gone to hell.my orders always wrong.salad was warm and meat, if you can call it that, was cold.

Do not eat at this location! Sheetz #128 has the most disgusting kitchen I've ever seen. They had awful hygiene including the supervisor, orders were being started then abandoned while the supervisor and everyone just stood there and chit chat (you can easily have a conversation and finish orders at the same time) and just to make things worse I saw my order (fries & mozz sticks) get dumped in the oil with another order that was almost done. It takes 3: 30 for my fries to cook not a minute. So after waiting about 10mins they finally throw my undercooked food out and call my number. Hopefully contacting my DM in my district can get some help for this store before they somehow manage take someone out with a foodborne illness.

I've ordered off doordash app sheetz food, today I decided order off sheetz app powered by door dash.
They forgot good and I found none eatable things in the food, the store and doordash refuse to do anything

I haven't ordered food from Sheetz in years. It was late and I've been sick and haven't been able to go grocery shopping so I figured I'd treat myself and order a crispy chicken salad thinking it'd be enough to eat off of twice. I spent $8.18 for this.are you kidding me? I will never spend my money at this sheetz EVER again.

Worst Sheetz I've ever seen. Trash all over bathroom, toilet paper is sitting on top of trash. Main floor is filthy, the whole place is filthy! I'd be afraid to eat here. By reading other comments, good thing I didn't order food!
