Sheetz, Wilkes-Barre PA

Passing thru at 430ish (order 414) am I waited here for my food for about 20 minutes for it to be wrong. Then when I ask to get what I ordered they tell me that I ordered it wrong. I explain maybe there is something wrong with the computer because I know for sure what I clicked. The missing item was the first thing I typed in! Somehow I was rang out for Mac and cheese bites potato sticks and then more Mac bites. I explain the issue to one person then they make me explain it to someone else instead of even checking they just wanted to Archie with me. All I wanted was what I ordered. They could have easily fixed the issue by giving me the missing item. So I requested my money back. I don’t have time to argue and wait another 20 minutes at now almost 5 am when I have to be to work 3 hours away. This store is a disappointment I haven’t had a good experience here I travel back and forth to work events and see family a lot in the summer I’ll be sure to stay clear of this sheetz.

I stopped here because Starbucks wasn’t open yet.now i been here long enough waiting for fried food that took way too long and an argument that they are actually open now.

I came to this sheetz location on sunday march 26th around 3: 30pm.at the check out I requested njoy menthol pods.i gave the male cashier my id and he basically told me he wasn’t going to serve me because i didn’t look like the picture on my id.he had also told me he was fined before for serving someone underage, if that is the case why is he working a register where he needs to serve people products where you have to be of age? Im twenty one now that picture was taken when i was eighteen, i had lost a lot of weight since then due to a medical disorder and i feel highly offended by not only the cashier but also the female cashier whom he asked her opinion on my id also.i had no problems with the male cashier up until the end.but the female was BEYOND rude, i’m not sure what her name was but she has dark hair and glasses.horrible, horrible attitude and had a nasty face on not only with me but customers before her.when i asked for someone else to check me out the female cashier would not even look at me, her attitude was very uncalled for, that is someone you don’t want working in customer service.another woman came up to the register, she seemed a little bit older and i heard her tell the female and male cashiers it was me in the picture & that i had lost weight.i told her i felt very offended and i won’t be coming here anymore, she told me i shouldn’t be offended i look very good, well that almost changed my mind about coming back until the male cashier decided to yell at me as i was walking out of the store.i’m highly disappointed with the customer service at this location with the exception of the older woman.

Please tell me why I have been waiting for an order for 30 minutes AFTER the time it said it would be ready? Make it make sense.

Went all the way to them and they denied to sell me beer even tho that’s the only reason I went there and the beer laws in PA don’t match horrible hate it here

Place is ALWAYS dirty, Everytime I order food here it's BURNT and or dry AF! I honestly will only stop at this sheetz if I ABSOLUTLY HAVE TOO! 100% I prefer the Plymouth sheetz anymore its so much nicer and CLEAN they've NEVER burnt my food either! Not to mention the cashiers here will have you waiting an hour before they take care of you.

I am not much of a coffee person but I enjoy Sheetz hot drinks. Last time I had a quesadilla for breakfast and it was huge. Even better it tasted good. I simply cannot have enough of this place. They have so much to offer that I cannot get tired of their selection. The store is always clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Why the Sheetz are you guys not in NYC? Please come!

Great gas prices especially diesel. Good food and drinks inside, with plenty of options. No doubts the best biggest gas stations around. More like Gas station - Restaurant. Excellent quick stop or hang out awhile. Nobody rushed us.

Restroom was absolutely disrespectful. To even call it a restroom was an understatement, I'd consider it Hell on Earth. It was unfortunate I ordered my food before I decided to use the restroom, I would have left and never came back on the spot.

Sorry for the poor rating because we always love this franchise but the bathrooms were extremely unkept- not just an overnight problem…. These looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Perhaps absentee management?

I really like Sheetz for a few reasons. One the coffee is very good. Two the made to order food is fresh and tasty and a very large variety. Three the staff is typically well trained, helpful and polite.
I am almost always happy with the service as well as the products I buy. Across the board and at the large majority of locations I am pleased with my experience at Sheetz and think you will be too!

This is the dirtiest sheetz I have ever been to. Actually canceled my food order after I saw the disgusting floors and counters.

Long wait times for food, order is incorrect most of the time and everything from the soda machines to the tables in the dining area are sticky. Whole place needs to be cleaned

The bathrooms were completely trashed and disgusting and between the rest of the store and the parking lot it's clear the staff doesn't care about anything.

We always stop at Sheetz when traveling and usually stop at this Sheetz once or twice a year when traveling north. Our family was disgustingly disappointed with what we experienced this time. When I pulled into the gas bay the first thing was the garbage cans were overflowing. I wanted to wash my windshield but the holder had no fluid and were full of trash also. After pumping gas I went inside and had to step over garbage which lined the sidewalk, in front and on top. Went in to use the restroom and all the trash cans were literally overflowing onto the floor. All the stalls were filthy with trash everywhere. The toilet was filthy. One of the urinals had feces in it. The entire place was disgusting. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut the place down. I looked at other reviews and see this has been a complaint for some time now. Why would the Sheetz company not shut this place down till they get their act together. It sure is a blemish on the Sheetz brand. Sure hope this isn't the trajectory of what was a great company.

This is THE slowest AND dirtiest Sheetz on earth. Plan to be here at least 30 mins for any order.

Best teas for on the go and fuel is better quality than most, great highway stop. Love the rasberry etc flavor or sweet teas here; most places have gross fountain teas but these recipes are probably fresh made. Drinks and gas here are great. Has everything you could need

Employees are always so kind and helpful! Linda is a gem, her laugh is contagious.she is a very hard worker. They are all ALWAYS working hard and keep a smile on their face even when they are busy, which is usually all the time. Liz is also so patient and caring, she helped guide me through the app to understand it more and fixed an issue for me! Love Sheetz in general but this one is exceptional and it's because of the employees!
