Cold beverages a little low on stock and facing. Cluttered flooring and aisles. Over all great, positive staff. They are just hamstringed by limited manpower hours.

I'm always treated like family here. It's nice to be greeted by my name when I walk in. Everyone knows what I want which helps me get in and get on my way quickly every morning.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars because of the great staff and the cleanliness and the promptness of food orders. Because of my work schedule I’m usually in there late at night and everyone is great, particularly a manager name Chris. He’s a young guy who is super pleasant and began to recognize me after my third or fourth visit and yesterday I was waiting for an online order and he passed the main register on to another employee and ran back to the food area and before you know it, Chris personally walked my order out to me and apologized for the wait. Such a great personality and hard worker and he knows how to keep your customers happy! Hes a superstar and I actually offered him a job to come work for me but he smiled and thanked me and said he was happy there so I hope you treat the talent well because he’s definitely talented and he makes people want to come back to the store because he makes me feel like a friend

Slow. Self register messed up. Took the woman some time to get out to me negating the need for self checkout.

On our visit we experienced a misplaced credit card. My wife honestly thought the clerk had failed to return it to her. She was wrong, but your staff provided the best customer service experience I have had in 30 years. We need to get back to that. There are places I won't even go because I have received such poor service, your crew deserves accolades for keeping their cool and defusing what could have been an ugly day! (Especially for me.)

Seriously I order nacho grande and I get chips with sour cream. No cheese nothing else just sour cream chips really?

Always had good experiences here. The day staff is friendly and fairly quick with food services.

Who doesn't love waiting 23 min for a app sampler and a snack wrap, oh while watching them fill a another customer's order faster because he was getting upset for waiting 10 minutes. If you want food past 11 pm go else where.

Went to Columbia PA location for Appetizer sampler along with other food. Appetizer was never placed in bag. So I returned for it. Was then given it. Sampler is supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken and 4 mozzarella sticks. I was given 6 pieces of chicken and 3 mozzarella sticks. What the hell is that? Lazy and very poor service. Sheetz corp, this is unacceptable considering your strong positive reputation.

Love the drive-thru and there is friendly service who made my order the way that I wanted!

The absolute WORST breakfast burritos I’ve ever had in my life. Flaccid, chewy, and piping hot. I threw them out.

The coffee was good though so…three stars!

I have been standing here for 47 min waiting for a chicken sandwich and a quasadilla this is Insane, I just asked about my order and they told me they are working on it. WORST SERVICE EVER

20 mins to make three small shack wraps. Employees too busy laughing and joking to focus on their work and did nothing efficiently.

Place started out good in now this sheets has gone down hill slowly it’s pretty bad the TurkeyHill across the street service better food in the bathroom are some what better when it comes to clean I truly think the only thing this sheets has going for them is there gas in the chips.

Waited 40 mins for an MTO salad, had to leave without the salad bc after 40 mins they didn't even start making it. Luckily was able to get a refund.
