I dont know how someone could mess up hotdogs.what i got was barely room tempeture and the bun was hard it was like eating cardboard and watching them make the food im surprised i didnt get food poisoning.girl who was making it gave up halfway through let them sit for five minutes before having another girl finish it while she went to man the cash register that had no line.i have spent so much money at sheetz but they have now lost my buisness never eat their food only the drinks are safe and even that is only good 50 percent of the time i will never eat their food again

Restrooms and store always clean, shelves are always stocked and employees are always respectful and smiling. The outside picnic area is kept clean too.

Went in to buy cigs and terrible customer service from the guy that was working tonight. Gave attitude when i forgot my Sheetz card then rolled his eyes. Then proceeded to toss my change at me all while the manager stood to the side laughing about what occurred. He was rude to the old lady in front of me. If I could I would put 0 stars as terrible customer service and management.

I received the nastiest service from the worker daniel there.he threw my stuff at me and slammed his register.was just totally disrespectful.

Everyone in St Mary’s showed up all at once due to a power outage. They had less staff than usual as well Did not change the quality of the food or the service. Any other sheetz would have been crippled by this type of volume. 5/5 10/10 great job

Ok Sheetz Run for a subscription coffee. As usual the place is a little dirty with the trash cans overflowing and the outside table area littered and filthy.

I had an online order which consisted of 3 milkshakes I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time, and went in, and waited 45 minutes, the kid doing the drinks Daniel, was so slow, and he was getting frustrated with customers wanting refunds, I ended up getting a refund, very disappointed that I didn’t get my order after waiting 45 minutes. I understand staffing shortages but it’s ridiculous.

I've been ordering from this Sheetz quite often over the past few years since my girlfriend lives right up the street I think things have gotten much better.never had a problem with our food orders sometimes but a bit of a wait but very understandable because of their location usually

HONESTY SHINE'S THROUGH TODAY.
Today I was Returned Money I Mistakenly or Half Buzzed Up Left Cold Hard Cash at the Counter. And Pouted and Went Home With My Lip Hangin Out.
But Today to My Surprise It Was Returned So Hat's Off to Sheetz Honesty and Pride to Run a Store in the World We Have Today.

Had a horrible experience on the food ordered a burger with regular mayo on the burger and when I got it it was a sloppy mess the bun was soggy because of all the mayo they had put on it instead of regular it was more like extra extra mayo pick it up sheetz

This place is tremendously mismanaged. It’s terrible every single time. One giant cluster of an operation.

The kitchen never seems to know how to read an order properly.my orders are always made wrong.

Me and my friends weren’t very satisfied with our service at sheetz today.it’s hotter than the devil’s bedroom outside and we wanted some ice cold slushees to cool off.we walked in all excited to sit in the cool building with some cold slushees, but we weren’t able to get that.the manger was very rude and told us we couldn’t sit inside, we didn’t mind that part but what we minded the most was the slushee machine was broken, we would expect this from mcdonald’s, not sheetz.sheetz is really losing their game, they must not care about their food since their making bank off the gas because of inflation.they should treat their hungry customers with some respect as well.

Got fried egg on my sandwich, it was barely thawed out, very cold, not very appetizing. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Usually friendly staff. Incompetence in the kitchen though as you order a large chicken app and get a regular size. They can't even get the ketchup onto a wrap and rarely remember any extra condiments. If I provided this type of food service I'd lose my job.
