Sheetz, Mill Hall PA

If negative was an option. EVERY time I go to this sheetz after 10pm the order is messed up. Wrong or missing. The fountain drink cups are never stocked the machines are always dirty The staff acts like they don't care. I ordered a chicken salad and it was missing the chicken. I returned to sheetz 30min after the salad was made and was told my options were " we can add the chicken to it. Or make a new one? "

How can a store that supposedly prides itself in consumer service have so many issues with a shift at one store. Let alone coming from management? Highly recommend checking your order twice if not three times before leaving. Someone needs to take control here.

The floors are dirty sticky gross and unsanitary

Only one person behind the counter while there is 6+ people waiting for food. Ridiculous. Management needs to stop being cheap and hire some people before you lose customers.

Outside garbage overflowed, ladies room was atrocious, cooler was empty, coffee area disaster, nobody making food-I have never seen ANY convenient store that bad!

I wanted an egg salad sandwhich (delicious) but they were out and did not get them restocked so I had to end up ordering food. My second choice is kraut dogs and I have never gotten a burnt one. I bite into this one and it was beyond gross. It went right in the garbage. Total waste of money. Guess I will need to tell the workers from here on out to not burn my food. Sometimes this is the only hot meal that a person gets in a day due to a hectic work schedule. Beyond frustrated with them!

On a side note my hot chocolate was good and the lady that rang me up was nice.

Awful experience, went in to nobody being waited on and bunch of kids horsing around in back. I get the same order at any sheetz and have done that for years but this experience completely ruined me from wanting to eat there again. My food was disgusting

The most worthless people I've ever seen they only have one register open in a standout and look at you like they don't want to wait on you

My husband went to get me cigs while im at work. He brought me the wrong cigs bcuz the cashiers argued with him that they r the right ones. What ever happened to the costomer might be right about what they want. Now i am out 20 dollars bcuz they hire people that think that they r right and the customer is wrong. Those r usa menthol gold not usa menthol and yes there is a majowr difference

This place needs serious attention they are extremely slow. They can't get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. The coffe station is always empty or in complete chaos. And their check out line is always atrocious. Don't stop here if you're looking for a convenient option.

My favorite convenience store! Great MTO food items, great coffee, great selection of packaged food and beverages. I love Sheetz!

There was a piece of CARDBOARD in my breakfast burrito! Literally disgusting! Do not recommend

We got gas. The pump did not have any video adds on them. This is a plus. I hate gas pumps with loud video adds. Anyway, we got gas and left. Would go back again.

I absolutely love this store it's food especially the french fries and mean I can crush a bucket o fries an love the soda cooler for my favorite 2 letter and it's also fairly cheap they have a nice selectio of stuff to choose from as well as decent gas for a decent price and they have good work opportunities and pay their employees work

Must scan a drivers license to buy beer. A military ID will not work. Big brother is watching. I somehow don’t think that is right.

The cashier Steve that cashed us out was very helpful and took time to help us with the issues that arrived arrived our purchase. You could tell that the place was busy and Steve made sure we got the help we needed despite being busy.

Stopped for lunch at 3am today. Paid for my combo meal and the cashier that rang me up tried to accuse me of stealing a fountain drink. She argued with me and I explained the combo deal to her! As I was leaving she told me there was no need for my attitude. Who wouldn't be offended by this after they've already paid? Try again J.

When I ordered I had to wait 40 minutes just for 2 salads 2 appetizers and 2 drinks, and there were only 3 other people waiting for their orders. Then when I left they messed up my order and the lettuce in the salads were wilted. And for all of this I was charged $40. The service was terrible and I would not recommend sheetz to anyone.

I got a salad tonight. Barely anything in it. Filled halfway with about just lettuce, then they give me the wrong dressing….

Worst sheetz I’ve ever been to. Employees are rude. They don’t take care of preparing food.
