And 2 weeks ago I got a bag of fries with no fries remind me of lay’s chips bag filled with half air, I haven’t been having good experience like I use to at sheetz so next time I will definitely think about it twice before stop for food.

Bathrooms are not the cleanest and the line of people waiting to get air made it slightly difficult to get into the parking lot. It is not always easy access to and from and it's really a pain waiting at the light. The store seems fairly well stocked but I just wish it was easier to get to and that they paid more attention to the restrooms

I come here with my boyfriend very often and the people who work here are super sweet. Sometimes the waits are long but that’s when all of them are busy late at night

It's discriminatory that they see that Iam with another person who is a tourist. And show your id from other countries and they don't want to sell me beer. The people named Jeff and Jimmy. They guessed. And that is illegal is unfair. I was treated badly for it. I'm just a customer and they didn't want to sell me any alcohol. I'm 27 years old. And I showed my Florida ID.

They won't hire you if you apply, harass you with emails next, and your phone # tell you they only pick best candidates, then hire people (men) who don't wash their hands (because the sinks in male bathroom is broken) Disgusting. Do not eat the food or touch anything or allow a male representative to touch your items.

4/11/22,9: 50 AM - This morning, the manager on duty named Alexi refused to sell me an Omelet Wrap just because there were none left in the breakfast cart while admitting she did have them in stock in the back.

I pointed out that I visit many different Sheetzs in my area (in the mornings) and when there are no more Omelet Wraps available in the breakfast cart, every other Sheetz is happy to grab one from the back, microwave it, and allow me to purchase one.except this location.

The location is: 6290 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17112.

(1) Why would a manager on duty (Alexi) refuse to sell something to a customer that is in stock and readily available?
(2) An Omelet Wrap is easier to prepare than most other items (microwaved only) ; why would she (Alexi) be glad to prepare other items, but not the Omelet Wrap?
(3) Why would a Sheetz manager turn down my money for something intended to sell?

This location has refused to prepare an Omelet Wrap in the past and it is frustrating; other Sheetzs are happy to prepare one for me and hand it to me with a smile, but not this Sheetz, sorry to say.

This sheetz kind of sucks. Some of the staff is nice but the rest have rough customer service at best, low on stock usually. And they let 15 yr olds tailgate in the parking lot which is annoying.

Terrible place. Very dirty, messy food, and slooow service. 15-20 mins for a coffee drink?

Never had a problem. Just a bunch of snowflakes on here whining and crying for a free handout! Pssshhhh

This location went from having ongoing ordering shortages on certain items to now not carrying these options at all. I’m very disappointed.

Some mistakes happened, but they went above and beyond to fix them. I know right now is rough with jobs, but we appreciate you!

Every time I order bacon from here I’m always disappointed. I think we can all agree there. I signed up for a my Sheetz card 3 times and it still doesn’t give me a gas pump discount after activating it on sheetz mobile app. Rutters and speedway both have better gas discounts. And rutters food is way better too.

Just stopped for gas and bathroom but I visit often. I really like Sheetz and will seek them out in their market footprint.

Ordered a Reeses Peanut Butter Shake with the fried oreos. Went to pick it up and was already partly melted and wasn't even the amount of oreos I ordered. I told them it wasn't what I ordered so they gave me new oreos of the same amount and didnt even get me a new shake. P. S. I picked it up shortly after ordering. Sheetz is usually decent, but this order wasn't good. So I just left without bothering with it.
