Sheetz, Gibsonia PA

Can't even get an order remotely right. Ordered a burrito, got a chicken sandwich. Ordered curly fries with a side of nacho cheese, no nacho cheese. Ordered chicken bites with bbq sauce, got UNSEASONED, unsauced chicken bites. This is honestly ridiculous, especially when I spent almost $30 on food.

No toilet paper in the bathrooms and a couple of particularly mean employees are here. Be sure to get your coffee mug pre-approved before you try to get a refill. You might be criticized for what kind of cup you use.

My younger brother, Will, recently turned 21 at the beginning of August and attempted to buy a 12 pack of Twisted Tea at Sheetz in Gibsonia (across from Dunkin and the bank) last night, Saturday August 12. The current employee (female, older, skinny, short) said his license was fake, bent it in half (defacing the license and making it unusable) and told him he was on tobacco and alcohol ban at this Sheetz. His license is real as he has never had a fake ID. In fact, he bought alcohol from there a few days prior. If he is ‘banned, ’ she didn’t prohibit the sale, have a conversation, or even scan his ID, just went straight to bending his ID.

He now has to purchase a replacement ($40.50) and carry a temporary license with him because the bent ID is invalid. Has anyone had this happen to their child or brother? When he called the police, the Hampton officer who arrived was little to no help and said to take it up with corporate.

If Will had a fake ID before and was attempting to legally purchase alcohol now, I would see the ‘ban’ on his ‘profile’ and the bending of his license. He’s never had a fake ID and truthfully, has all older friends. If he needed alcohol or tobacco, he didn’t have to buy it himself. Has anyone else has a similar experience?

(Preface: I had a not-so-great experience a few weeks back at another Sheetz location, but I took the review down immediately because Sheetz is overall pretty awesome (and the action of one employee is not indicative of this business as a whole and all the fantastic, past experiences I have had with Sheetz). I didn't in any way want to hurt what is otherwise a great business with a poor review. Sheetz redeemed itself tonight with such awesome service as usual!)

Early this morning, I was met by Cole, and other times I have been met by Greg and Cindy at this Allison Park location. The staff, particularly these three team members, are friendly and engaging. I know Cindy the best, and she is stellar. She always asks me how I am doing. She truly goes above and beyond with her encouraging words. Today, Cole greeted me with the utmost kindness, and Greg has done the same. I really enjoy going to this location as well as other locations in and around Valencia. Thanks for such awesome customer service tonight, Cole! You're the best, man!

My tank and my gut were empty. They filled both. For a fee. I recommend online ordering so you don't have to wait for grub.

Night crew is SLOW AF! And every single time. They mess up our order. Don't ask for extra cheese or sauce because you won't even get it! Night is the busiest time and you have the worst people working the food station SLOW SLOW SLOW pathetic someone needs to swap that schedule

I reached out to the 800 number already and got a refund but the manager here as well as the rest of the world need to see this incompetence. Not the first issue I’ve had with this joke of a crew either

I no longer feel safe coming into this Sheetz. One of your employees has become hostile towards me. One day a week or two ago she berated me in front of the entire store for not wanting to check out with her. I had just gotten back from being at the hospital with my dad, I was emotional and wanted to use self check out. I let a gentleman go ahead of me and she continued to yell at me for wanting to wait. I told her not to tell me what to do. I shouldn't have to explain myself. Today, she stood back in the kitchen while I used self check out and stared at me. Made eye contact and stared me down.

For years I've been coming to this Sheetz and have been nothing but polite to this woman, but I can't handle being treated poorly for standing my ground after an emotional day. To this employee if you see this, you should be ashamed of yourself for acting this way. You're an adult.

Clean store, well stocked. Cashier was incredibly friendly! They even had a soft-serve ice cream machine! It was out of service unfortunately. The pop (soda) machines cherry, vanilla, and orange additional flavors were also out of service too.
