2Some of the employees at this location need to be retrained in customer service getting ignorant with a customer for something as simple as looking at an order number taped to a bag is bad for business! The sandwich I ordered ended up going to my dog anyway bc the sausage patty was over cooked and hard around the edges. I can over look a poorly made sandwich, but because of the disrespect I will no longer be doing business with this Sheetz location! I will be taking my business down the street to Fuel On going forward!
I have not been in a Sheetz like this in a long time. It's no fun trying to guess who is in line, who is scratching lottery, who's waiting for MTO, why there are two or three lines formed for one register. This brought back lots of memories from the nineties. Don't get me wrong, the employees and the service were excellent.
