Sheetz, Monroeville PA

Very quick experience (i frequent sheetz all over the country and this one is pretty standard). Food came out promptly (i ordered ahead on the app and had it prepared to pick up), they actually had it sitting behind the counter versus sitting out for anyone to take. Everyone was wearing masks and all staff was very friendly. Facility was clean and staff was sweeping and emptying trash cans at the time we arrived.restrooms were also very clean. Merchandise was well stocked and organized.

I went there on my work at Sheetz #360 on Monday, June 29th 2020 at 11: 05 pm. The place was under stock on items of purchase, under employed that only two out three or four was working, the one worker on the cash register was light skin with different colors in her hair - she was slow. There was a line from the register all way back to the cooler. She was also cheating with their change, only the ones that was paying with cash. Did not give anyone a receipt or asked if they wanted a receipt. Also, only asked the people purchasing if they wanted a bag.

Everything is done really fast and idk if I've ever had an incorrect order. I'm at this place basically daily, so they've had a lot of chances to mess up but they know what they're doing. Everyone's friendly and everything is pretty well stocked. Also the pumps in this place are nice and don't give you a ton of problems, even with my debit card that's been giving me issues more and more recently. If it isn't out of the way I'd take this Sheetz over any others in the area.

I order 3 sausage burritos ending up getting 3 bacon burritos not the first time this has happened not going to be back here anymore

Poor customer service from the hooligan at the regester.

Forgot to click “Toasted” on my sandwich. Asked the cashier if they could toast it for me and it said that it would likely not get done.

They're putting so much effort into these stores so they can sell beer. We don't need older sheetz redesigned for this, we needed space and products. Everyone seems to follow this trend right now. The food was OK, the staff were friendly, I'd recommend going here for your fuel and quick bite.

Great convenience store for gas, food, and whole lot of stuff. Staff are well trained and polite. The property is well maintained. MTO food is very fresh and for a convenience store prices are reasonable.

Even at the late hour that I normally go, the service is fast and friendly. I have had a couple of the cashiers that would allow me to talk their ear off if I wanted to. I have always gotten exactly what I ordered from their made to order no matter how ridiculous my order was. I also really like their food.

In the last five times I've been there I've had to go inside three times to retrieve my gas receipt. How is it convenient pay-at-the-pump if you have to go inside anyway to get your receipt?

Worst gas station I've ever been too, ordered food waited 15 minutes for an appetizer to find someone else took it. Waited so long on food the gas pump timed out so no Sheetz for me again.

This sure was a Sheet, which is to say it's like basically every other Sheetz. Better seating area than some, and they do have alcohol!

This Sheetz by far has the best food I've had at a Sheetz! Pass up the one on golden mile and come to this one!

Food is okay lots of selection the coffee is absolutely horrible and my opinion don't get it I don't know why people can't get the coffee right

Everything you need plus coffee and hot food to go-sheetz has come a long way since just being another convenience store 20 years ago!

I was the lucky person to pull up to the one pump that's always broke.according to one of the cashiers. I also tried to order food on three different touch screens but they didn't work properly either. I finally gave up on the food order altogether. Still paid for my gas inside and pumped it. Won't be stopping there again.

When the wrong people are behind the grill you end up with schlop wrapped in a sheetz bag and are left the next day with a toilet bowl full of diarrhea

Usually love this Sheetz but I was there last night and a group of teenagers were dancing and having fun at one of the pumps and I believe a worker came out and told them to stop after maybe 3-5 minutes at the most and said to another worker that customers were distracted. A customer came over and was smiling and enjoyed the dancing. There was no need for the Sheetz employee to stop them. The dancing was fun. Since when was dancing a crime?

I'm soooo over Sheetz food and I can't stand the flavored creamer dispenser! Just put the little cups of flavored creamer out like every other gas stations! Then I don't have to push a button a billion times to get enough creamer in a large coffee. I just open 4 creamer containers instead and get my coffee. It's a stupid machine that is empty half of the time and slows me down when I am trying to get coffee and get to my next destination! My daughter liked the turkey sandwich but lately no matter what Sheetz we go to they get her order wrong. I will say the stores are clean bathrooms are clean people are nice and if we have time for her to get her sandwich fixed they always do. Gas is competitively priced. The drinks and food prices are reasonable and if you're a smoker they have sales. Just really don't like the creamer dispenser.

VERY Spacious.new.has more than the average sheetz or gas station. You can even watch your food being cooked here and lots of comfortable seating to sit down and eat there. Teens seem to go there and hang out and laugh. Nice safe clean place
