10 Cautious! About food safety concerns!
Nothing follows.it’s so terrible customer experience, especially over night worker.
Awesome food but you have to wait forever bc they are always so busy. The staff is friendly and the go as fast as they can. One time I waited so long they gave me a $10 gift card and I didn’t even say anything about the wait let alone complain. One issue is that young kids gather in the parking lot and hang out all night.
Fiance was there to pick up a food order I placed for 930. They gave us our food at 930 and told us our milkshake would be ready. 10 minutes passed and we asked for our shake while our food was getting cold. They said it was already made and at the pick up station. No shake was there. Asked again if someone was going to make it and the girl said I don't know. Then she proceeded to ignore us when we asked again for my shake. So we left without our shake and losing out on money. Never ordering from this Sheetz again. Horrible customer service and the employees ignore you when you ask where your order is. Ridiculous.
This is the 3rd time I ordered a MTO and got it home only to open it up and find it wasn't what I ordered. I ended up having to settle for something that cost way less than what I actually ordered because it was too far to take back by the time I opened it at home.
The kitchen is still open! Good made to order food with a wide variety of items on the menu. Good for late night snacks and when you’re on the go and In a hurry. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff.
Pretty convenient place, but two times now I bought a 12" MTO and got home to only a 6" in the bag. $11 hoagie. Better at least get the whole thing!
If you're willing to dodge the crummy people whom frequent this place, feel free. Just your typical Sheetz otherwise.
Good food. Good location. Nice staff and clean store but I felt very unsafe at around 9: 45 at night because too many teenagers in the parking lot hanging out and smoking. They need to hire the police to kick these people out!
The staff was nice and helpful. Especially for a gas station, the store and bathroom were clean. The food is pretty tasty and prices are ok.
