Walked in and ordered hot dogs and a 2 liter of soda. Unbeknownst to myself, the girlfriend's card was locked at 3: 40 AM. Constance paid our bill with kind words and a smile (behind her mask). Angels do yet walk amongst us.

If I could give more stars I would. The night I went in there the employees were taking the Covid-19 safety guidelines 100% seriously. Yes, we can assume everyone all over the place are wearing masks, washing hands and keeping good sanitation practices but the reality is different. Next time you go inside any grocery store, retail store, gym, mall, or gas station look at all the employees, I guarantee at least two employees has a loose mask or nose over the mask. That defeats the whole purpose! Not at this Sheetz the night I was in. Head to the restrooms somewhere, if you spot an employee in there, when no one is looking, no managers or cameras is that employee wearing a mask the whole time and actually properly washing their hands? The entire pandemic if I'm in a restroom with an employee their mask is off or their phone is out or they maybe wet their hands and dry them real fast. Not when I visited this Sheetz. When I was at the register, a likely supervisor asked an employee if he was done cleaning the area. It honestly looked fine. He could have said yes and moved on. But he let her know all he had left to do and kept on properly cleaning.

With over 3,000 Americas dying everyday from Covid-19, thank you to the staff at this Sheetz for actually caring and actually trying to do something to stop this virus!

We Ordered on the App, As Usual. We get there and They could not find our order but it was made. Turns out our order was in the back room bc They could not make the milkshakes we ordered bc they were "Out Of Milkshake Stuff". We did get coupons for free Milkshakes for next time. Get home and we're missing one of the fried appetizers that we ordered. This was not a very good visit.

Bad service we ordered 2 burgers we got one the charged us extra for the paper rap and extra for ketchup and Mayo never coming back

Worst experience ever, pay for a whole sandwich only to get half, ordered hot was Cold custumer service the don't know nothing, and slow, I don't recommend this place ever.

The staff here is absolutely the best hands down. Jackie and Constance are my favorite! I walk into the store and most of the staff knows me by name and as soon as they see me they know my drink and how I like it made. If they can’t make it they go and find someone who can. I love the staff and I just adore Jackie who I believe is the manager and Constance who makes it a point to make sure my drink is exactly how I like it. This is the best Sheetz and the best staff.

Stopped for lunch ordered food and took ticket to cashier on top got other stuff i waited 25 mins wondering what happen to my food just to find out i paid for my other stuff but cashier was blind and never scanned my order so i waited 25 mins to find out thd cashier messed up and my food ended up cold when i got back and couldn't eat cause wasted my lunch break at sheetz not getting my order and manager there on duty better learn more better people skills

There was a man out in the parking lot loitering and asking customers if he could pump their gas and going up to to talk to people in their cars. Even after I told him no thank you, he continued to stare at me while I pumped my gas. I reported to the manager who just brushed me off and did not go out to check it out. I then chose to call the police who went to check on the man and thanked me for being concerned. I work at a retirement community close by and did not want my residents or other coworkers to have to feel as uncomfortable as I did stopping at this Sheetz.

As a senior HR professional from a national brand. The staff at this location have the talent to be better, just not the will. Seems like this conundrum spilled over into their MTO performance. Maybe something to look into is all.

Service was mediocre food staff looked unorganized as their unhappy looking manager stood in a gaze after I asked her to please take one of the toppings off as it wasn't an option in the menu. Well the topping wasn't taken off. I feel like every customer deserves a cheerful and plesent experience at any location. Sadly this was not one of them.

Tried this sheetz out instead of the one on Middletown road in Hummelstown. Just happened to be in the area. Came in and there was a gentlemen at the counter named Cameron. He rang in my order and I started counting my cash out. He kept huffing the whole time. I apologized for taking so long and he completely ignored me and told the next guest to come to register. Completely rude and I will never go anywhere else other than my normal. Horrible service!

I went to this sheetz location and I did not enjoy then service. I waited 45 minutes for a simple 6 inch sub. I was hungry and in need of good food after a long day at Hershey park. I ordered a simple sub with basic ingredients. I could make myself in 5 minutes. Instead these employees took 45 minutes! I am very upset with this service and would like for it be improved please and thank you. K.

The alarms that continuously go off in this store are absolutely maddening they are extremely too loud walking in here feels like I'm in a prison cell about to go into lockdown none of the staff even respond to these insanely loud noises because they've all gone tonedeff apparently

Sheetz already made their loyalty program worse than it was before. Now today the cashier said he would swipe my loyalty card after I paid. Then after paying he says oops I guess it doesn't work that way. I got 8 things from the MTO menu and now they don't get added to my account for future bonuses. What a ripoff. Sheetz had market dominance in this area at the moment, but things like this will eventually change that. Sheetz is no longer my favorite stop and I don't see that changing any time soon.
