If i could give Dr. Shen 0 stars i would, i should have trusted the reviews but i needed a dentist that took my insurance & she was the first one available. Dr. Shen was so incredibly rude. She asked what tooth was causing my pain & then when i took my partial out she rudely said well obviously someone made that why dont you go back there. I tried & they dont take my insurance, so then after the cleaning she came back in & told me what she would recommend but she isnt going to do it & i need to find someone else. Do not waste your time going here.

I was well pleased with Dr. Shen's diagnostic ability and follow up procedure. All was done quickly and I had very little discomfort.

They don't even deserve 1 star! Very very unprofessional! She scams insurances. Husband was told 3 times he couldn't get his dentures that his gums were not ready, been a yr. Went to affordable dentures and got them the same day. They at affordable dentures were awesome n very nice and professional. Don't waste your time and money going to this place. Complete waste!

Condescending know-it-all that is annoyed by the fact you are even there asking questions. Spun me a BS line about waiting for insurance approval when none is needed and haven't heard back from them in over a month for anything. Only thing she did was prescribe meds. Made me feel like I was wasting her time even though they had me drive there to tell me they hadn't heard a thing back yet thinking I was going to do some other procedure "that probably wasn't going to hold up". Find another dentist.

Absolutely miserable dentist who is just flat out rude and likes to complain to her patients. Very sad excuse for a dentistry practice. Needs some basic manners courses along with that very old doctorate degree.

I highly recommend, very nice staff. Knows what they are doing, makes me feel comfortable and I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist. 5 star in my opinion!

So grateful that Dr. Shen invested in safety protocols to continue practice during the pandemic when others shuttered. Knowing that many satisfied patients don't post reviews, we didn't let numbers decide for us. Since 2016 our large and discerning family has received excellent care.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice. I trust Dr. Shen with my teeth and her hygienists are also knowledgeable and personable. It's clean and the flow is organized and I never feel like im getting work done I don't need.

The worst dentist, she ruined my teeth has no respect at all. I Don’t recommend this dentist.

The worse experience in my life with a ""dentist"". Place is extremely filthy, equipment is visually dirty with dental residue.
They had me fill out a form online listing family history etc, I checked a box stating that my grandparents passed from cancer.
Linda walked in the room and these were her exact words "so you have cancer right? "
Was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I didn't even let them look inside my mouth.

The Spanish speaking receptionist was really nice, but this place shouldn't practice any type of medicine.

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY GOING THERE!

Wow! I felt forced to even put one star.this so called dentist is so unprofessional no introduction, she acted like she was dealing with animals.maybe she mistook her working days at the sweat shop.my goodness I can go for hours on my expierence.the ppl that go there on a regular must not know what proper care and bedside manners are.terrible!

Absolutely horrible she is impatient with her patients and lies to your face! She claimed I had a infection in my tooth and said it’s been there for awhile so I went to the hospital after my appointment and had bloodwork done and guess what? No infection! She’s a scam artist and shouldn’t be a dentist at all! Run as fast as you can from there

There very rude especially Dr. Linda Shen she give attitudes, you can have the worst pain and they still give you the appointments for month.

I arrived at the dentist early and Dr Shen was extremely late getting me in. Once I get in, she was extremely rude and couldn’t even give me an exact number of how many cavities I had. Just don’t go here, whatever you do unless you want a bad experience.
