Was 5star (edit) so apparently this place was only nice and friendly when the COVID lockdown was still in progress, the lady that just pulled in 15 minutes late for work first off. Then proceeded to be a total Karen about the fact I was parked in her (unmarked) spot. Then proceeded to brag to her other employees about how she told me off about moving outta "her" parking spot. Her boss did come over (after I had apparently moved to yet another unmarked employee spot.) And very nicely explained that it was also an employee spot. Sooo lemme get this strait y'all.make.pregnant women and disabled people walk a hundred extra feet so y'all can park right by the door to the office. DESIGNED FOR. PREGNANT WOMEN.disgusting. Apsolutly disgusting work ethic. Now my wife's been in there 10 min prior to her apt like they want. But yet the employees that were relying on are 20 minutes late and a Karen, so now we're going to miss our next appointment cause the rest of the worlds clock is supposed to revolve around these inconsiderate people.

I called in because I was in the parking lot and unsure if the offices were open yet. This is only my 3rd appointment. The woman on the phone put me on hold and when she came back she asked how she could help. I told her I had an appointment. She kept repeating how can I help and I told her 3 times that I had an appointment. She got rude, asked me if I was in the parking lot. I told her I was. She told me I needed to ring the doorbell, and "its been there 2 years. " The signs don't indicate this and just have a sign with the wic number. As I was explaining that there was no sign indicating to ring the door bell, she hung up on me. Just because someone is low income and getting wic doesn't mean they deserve disrespect because someone looks down on them. Shameful.

Dr. Erin R. Houston, Ph. D.helped my mother who was one of the displaced residents of State Street towers. Remember how in school people would say they want a career where they can help change the world? Well, this is what Dr. Houston is doing! She truly is an inspiration and we appreciate her for helping my mother find housing that she said is "so much better than any place she has ever had! " Thank you!
