This is a beautiful hotel. However, the room show major wear and tear. There are no ice machines on the floors. The front desk gives you a bag of ice. There is no microwaves in the room. To warm up your food you have to journey back to the front desk. There were no towels in the pool area & some random person (not staff) would occasionally pick up the squeegee & clean the deck by pushing the water back into the pool. The pool equipment should have been locked up. The lack of amenities was disappointing.

Horrible experience
Dirty and dusty small rooms
Charged me for someone else’s bar tab had to waste too much time getting it fixed
So disappointed
Only plus is it’s so close to Sesame Place

Pros: the rooms were clean and the beds we're comfortable.
Cons: there needs to be transparency and better communication from the staff. The website on the hotel as well as 3rd party websites (Expedia, Priceline, etc) also need to be updated to avoid miscommunications. Before I book on the 3rd party site, I then check the actual hotel site to see if things match up just in case (room, amenities, prices, etc). On both the direct Sheraton website and Expedia, when booking, it asked me if I wanted a double room. It was my family and my best friends family, taking both our little graduates to Sesame Place. So I booked 2 rooms in the same transaction. Both sites also said breakfast included but you have to pre order the night before (absolutely fine), pool is still closed (I can live with that, understandable), and the shuttle to Sesame Place was in service (that was the main reason we booked this particular hotel). We get to the hotel around 2pm, my room is ready, my friend's room is not. Ok, no big deal. But then they say that they need to find them a room.why? The rooms were booked together and as described by both their site and 3rd party as a double room. Perhaps they are not joined but at least next to eachother. They were going to TRY to find us a room on the same floor. We went upstairs, changed and went to head for the park to not waste more of our trip in the lobby and guess what? NO SHUTTLE.
We returned from the park around 6: 30pm.there was another employee who then said he was trying to find them a room. Why are you still looking? These rooms were booked together. He then made excuses, making it sound like it was our fault, this is what happens when people book last minute, getting rooms together are not guaranteed. We made this reservation a month ago! I've worked in customer service most of my life, the customer is not always right, but this was absolutely B. S. I didn't book last minute. The worst part is, we were on the 14th floor. My little son's best friend got placed in a room ON THE 4TH FLOOR! Really? The 4th floor? 10 floors difference? We were so disappointed. There's no conceivable way a reservation for 2 rooms (together, advertised as a double room) that was booked 1 month in advance does not have a room ready when they arrive. It's like, they know how to take the reservation, bit not keep the reservation. On top of it, they get their room and their TV didn't work. We were so tired, was it even worth the last bit of aggravation? I guarantee someone requested their rooms be closer together and because they got there first, they were accommodated. We just won't stay here again.

Their rooms were filthy. Wen i complained they said sorry theres nothing they could do about it. The hallway smelled like weed took hours to get shower towels and never had received a garbage can even wen we asked for it they told us wen they werent busy they would bring it up. If u stay there take ur own cleanin supplies so u have it to clean.

Was unpleasantly surprised at the low standards.

For one, no trash can in the bathroom. 1 tiny trash for the whole room. Then 1 bar of soap for both shower and hand washing. But they gave you face soap. Go figure.

The room smelled damp and moldy. Even with the provided air purifier that I ran the whole duration of our stay.

The TV remote barely worked. You had to push with all your might and then maybe it registered. There was no TV portal. Wanted to have a movie night with the kids, rent a movie and chill in bed. Not an option. The few TV channels that were available were so low quality, as if all channels were being pirated. Felt like I was watching something from the late 80 off a VCR.

Then the breakfast of course wasn't included. $14 for adults. $9 for young kids. Free for under 3. Wasn't the best buffet but can't complain about it.

Overall not what I have come to expect from Sheraton. Especially at the price point we paid per night.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, and the room service was on time when I requested it at front desk, breakfast was very delicious and reasonable price. Only downfall I can think of was the pool area, it could be slightly cleaner. But overall I'm giving this hotel a 5 star.

Second time I've stayed, and this time was a lul upsetting. I understand that due to the Pandemic they are short in staff, but you would think they would want to keep their guest rooms clean. When we called to complain, we were told they clean every three days, but on day 3 they still did not clean our room, only provided one was cloth in the room and it was me and my husband. No trash bags in our cans, and the sheets had stains, and the bathroom was not the cleaness

I have stayed here about a dozen times in the last year and the rooms are fine, it’s a typical Sheraton.what makes this place great is the people that work here. Friendly and efficient, not something you find all the time, unfortunately. Thank you.

The room was okay and the hotel was nice, however, drunken guests from a wedding were staying in a block of rooms on the same floor as us. From 930p to 130a, guests from the wedding were shouting in the hallway, letting their room doors slam shut, and being loud in the rooms. Other guests staying on the floor were yelling down the hallway for the wedding goers to be quiet. A call to the front desk to complain was futile.

The next morning I told the clerk during check-out about the noise and she said they had issues with noise and smoking. She said they were checking the floor but, if they did, it made no difference. What can barely be considered an apology was given by the clerk and she sent me on my way.

The hotel room cost $200 per night which is not insignificant. The indifference form the staff to control the guests in addition to the clerks response in the morning could have been better.

Not what I expect from a Sheraton. Sound insulation between rooms is very poor. I can hear the neighboring rooms when they talk.

Also when I asked for housekeeping, i was informed that they only clean every three nights. So something to take note of when thinking about staying here.

Since they didn't do housekeeping, i asked for towels and toiletries at noon and 4hrs later still no service. Yikes

Only saving grace is that their gym has heavy dumbbells up to 100lbs!

This is the worst condition Sheraton I’ve ever stayed. Hotel smells moldy, broken toilet seat, ripped curtains, there was hair left on shower curtain. I gave 2 stars because of location and bartender. She was really friendly and gave us great service even tho food at restaurant was garbage.

TLDR: abandoned my stay after 4h and took the family home 1.5h away

Pros: Only that it's 2m drive from Sesame Place's gate, and yet even this mere pro comes with the warning that it is not across the street practically because the park's sole entry is on far northwestern side whereas the hotels' on the fenced-in southeastern side. It is also not a reasonably walkable distance with toddlers due to very wide and high-traffic Oxford Valley Rd crossing. The architecture was fine, Sheraton style ballrooms and layouts and signage and such. There's a level labelled SPG though there are neither free breakfasts nor a Sheraton Club now. Furniture quality and furnishings were alright.same Sheraton standard.

Now, the cons. Worth $70/nt not my $163/nt, to be frank, for a long list of reasons. Housekeeping left 1 hair on the bed and dozens on the carpet. Not ok as it suggests inferior cleaning atypical of hotels especially not ok during public health problem times. Maintenance however is visibly lacking with partially done repairs such as a hard spray foam for the shower drain gap and rust on the faucet. Furniture and finishes are visibly very heavily used and dated and overall the whole hotel needs a refresh or remodelling due to sheer use. The shower drain was unusably slow with a backup which is oh so gross. The indoor (there's no outdoor one) pool was intentionally closed for 1+y yet staff lied in 3 ways. One, they said the pool motor was not received and yet that wasn't the reason as hotel reviews going back a year show. Two, they said the notice is on the site yet neither the Bonvoy app nor their Marriott site says so with only a notice in the post-reservation manager's email which is entirely insufficient to stop customer complaints. Three, they said the pool will be back tomorrow yet that is not true as I checked the next day by phone. Staff lying, intentionally or just out of desperation to avoid conflict, makes for a very awkward, trust-busting time. We overheard multiple families complaining about the same at the front desk. The single pane windows keep little heat out and are held in by only 12 screws which at these heights makes for a very nervous situation. The TV remote clearly never cleaned. And so many other inferior elements.

The place is nice but they are understaffed, took very long to get towels and new bedding. Not the house keeping fault its only 1 guy after 3pm. Other than that the place is nice

And an unexpected situation where things don’t go right, the manners at this hotel don’t Hannah Customer Service the right way. We’ve attempted three phone calls to the front desk manager and two to the general manager. The managers will tell you what you wanna hear and not follow through. They don’t return phone calls don’t return emails. We had a bad experience due to weather memorial weekend 2021. We asked them to look into a situation. They never got back to us. In the last three weeks there’s been five phone calls made on my part. None of which have been returned.
