Service at the restaurant area needs improvement. We felt like the odd couple out with everyone else getting much better service.

I specifically booked and confirmed (twice) with this hotel in advance because there were 4 Tesla Chargers on their property. After a 7 hour road trip and upon my arrival, 2 of the 4 Tesla Chargers were not working. The remaining 2 Tesla Chargers were occupied with vehicles that were already fully charged and continued to park there anyway. I had no choice but to park my Tesla at the charging station unplugged and without power. Checking into the hotel, I spoke to the General Manager, John Montano, about why I specifically booked this hotel, and the inability to charge my vehicle. A mechanic met me outside, told me the 2 Tesla Chargers were blown and to try back later. The situation remained unresolved by 11: 00 p.m. That same evening. The same two Teslas that remained fully charged were still plugged in at the site, and I was still unable to charge my vehicle. I only had 12% battery life which is equal to riding on empty in winter with a gas vehicle. Once again, I reported to the front desk clerk who stated she could do nothing, but would email the day manager my desperate situation. The following morning arrived, nobody at all contacted me, and I had a 7 hour road trip ahead of me with 7% energy left in my vehicle because it sat overnight, unplugged, and it was cold outside. Upon checking out of the hotel in the morning, I was informed that the day manager was not there, and there was nothing the front desk could do to help me. We were two women traveling alone, and the whole situation is inexcusable. I relayed my urgent and desperate situation to the two front desk people (Richard and Dawn) who couldn't of cared any less. I asked for help and/or options and left my name and mobile number for the general manager, John Montano, to contact me which he never did. I was mortified, deeply unnerved and disheartened to be treated so callously by Marriott. My four attempts to resolved a very bad situation remained unresolved. And furthermore, no credit, refund or any other accommodation was ever even offered.

Respectfully submitted,

The hotel was clean; well stocked with towels and toiletries. The only complaint is there is not a microwave in the rooms.

If waiting on the curb (so you can see it arrive) 45 minutes in 35 degrees for the shuttle you were told is every 20 minutes, then waking to ICE COLD shower is good with you, you’ll be fine with this place. The room and staff were what was expected. I place a value on the luxury of warm water and dependability of service. As this was my first experience in years with the Sheraton brand in the Marriott group, I’m wondering why I’d give them another try with so many other good choices available.

We stay here when we're in Philadelphia because my daughter is afraid of elevators and closed spaces. They have a glass wall in the elevator and stairway to the BOTTOM floor from the 2nd and a double room suites that fits perfectly

The shuttle to/from the airport is inconsistent. Wait time is 45-60 min. When you phone call a hotel, the answer is “it is coming”. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Terrible hotel. I was randomly charged a $500 fee for a party I never had. When I called to speak to the manager to have it corrected, I was hung up on and my calls were never answered. I would suggest to stay at one of the other hotels nearby. I never write reviews. Will be filing a corporate compliant.

Absolute worst hotel for park and travel. They only have one shuttle bus so allow ample time (45 min) in addition to normal airport times, flight crew get priority and there is only one shuttle bus! Pick-up is horrendous takes almost 45 minutes when the advertising states 20 minutes- its in the receipt when you prepay - they should just put 1 hr waits possible due to staffing shortages not bait and switch guests!

For six floors I'm not sure why there was only three luggage carts and none were available or accounted for my mom just had surgery and I had two children under 5 we could not remove our luggage until around 2am the next day I also had to use a chair from the room to get them I received little to no help at all for my moms first time in Philadelphia it was not great

The hotel shuttle service is horrible. Its a 4mins drive from the hotel to the airport but we waited at the airport for more than an hour and the shuttle never showed up. We took a cab to get to the hotel finally.talked to Henry at the front desk twice while waiting but according to him the shuttle was on its way, maybe it went to LAS airport to pick us. They need to hire professionals.

Stayed here for a week. Asked for an iron the day got there was told it was coming right up. 4hrs passed and I called up there again and was told it was being hand delivered right now. 2hrs passes and it shows up. Key stopped working, twice. Charge $15 a day for parking. Had do not disturb on my door while at work. Someone came in, didn't clean, moved my FULL trashcan to the front door and threw a pair of my underwear in it, and took my all of my towels. Asked for new towels, never came. About 5hrs later I had to go downstairs and request them again as I figured they would just give them to me. Nope. Was told they would send someone to bring them. Never showed up. The ONLY thing good about this hotel is the bartenders and food. If you expect any kind of decent customer service then go somewhere else!

It's like they want check in to be impossible. I've got 4 different cards and they all aren't accepted. Is the goal to make it impossible to pay? This is the only place where I've been told I can't use any of the cards in my wallet since I don't have a big bank checking account. Will think twice about booking at Sheraton next time.

My stay here has been nothing but horrible from the moment I’ve been here. Could not get the room I paid for and was placed in one that was way less than I paid for. And not once was I compensated or told sorry for the inconvenience they are having. Then I was charged for incidentals the same amount I paid for the room for 4 nights. I can’t believe the manager herself did not even acknowledge the error that accrued and was not willing to explain to me what happened. All I wanted was a true understanding of what I’m being charged for, then I was told it’s because of the state taxes and what my bank charged me. None of this sounds professional or is what a facility should allow their guest to feel or experience. I work in customer services and I know this is not how people should be treated. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD WANNA BE TREATED

Not the Marriott quality I'm accustomed to, I only stay at Marriott because of there quality of service, atmosphere, and cleanliness but this location turned me off a little. The a/c cover was removed from the wall, just tacky. I didn't like the fact I wasn't able to check in mobile especially with covid still going on. It just some things you look for to and expect from a fine and well define establishment. The service was great from all the employees I interacted with.

The room was great and beautiful.
The food on the other hand… Go to a middle school cafeteria and I bet the food will be better. I paid $50 total for a 12oz ribeye steak with garlic butter and Demi, with smashed potato and buttered peas. For dessert I ordered chocolate fudge lava cake.
What i got a was, frozen peas, luke warm potatoes, a boiled steak and ice cold lava cake. Please eat somewhere else and save yourself some money and let down expectations.

Decent place with friendly staff. Had an issue with the meal cards they provide (for some reason I was provided 4 cards instead of 3) but they resolved the issue and removed the charge from my bill. The room sizes are good, but the layout is weird and there were a lot of minor little things that seemed to be maintenance related. One of these was door not fully closing and locking unless I pulled it, which led to room being left unlocked one day when I was in a rush and forgot to check it.

The only positives are the parking package and the shuttle. The mirror will easily fall off the wall and so we had to put it in the closet until we left so it didnt get broken by our daughter. The beds we had were sunken in and broken. Terrible nights rest before flying to Orlando. The pillows weren't great either. We got a total of 3 hours sleep that night. They did however bring a crib quickly to our room which is great because most hotels dont have enough cribs. The crib included a new blanket for the baby as well. We were able to get food delivered from a local restaurant. In the morning, the first shuttle couldnt hold our bags but the gentleman driving got another bus to come immediately to get us. In conclusion this is a great place with the parking/shuttle feature but be prepared to toss and turn all night. They say shuttles come every 15 minutes.
