Older complex with a little wear and tear but peaceful, friendly and charming community!

This is a very good community! Josh is great to work with and is always very helpful and accommodating. The maintenance man Joseph is also great and stays on top of fixing things when needed. I HIGHLY recommend! I will say the parking lot needs a little work, but over all I give this place a 10 out of 10!

In my opinion, i think this place es very nice, quiet, beautiful, and friendly, the street is little old and uncare, but that's ok, my baby loves to play in the water crater. He thinks its is lake and he can fishing.
The mantein boy really friendly and nice, all time is happy and regards us, his work is excellent, fast and good.
I didn't like a lot when my husband renewed lease on February, it was awful, like migration office (maybe worse), we were questioned about us migration status, and said we should need to have ID EEUU (born here) or green Card, I understand that we have to prove: 1.we doesn't have problems with law, 2.we can pay us apartment.but i can't understand, why prove aren't we ilegal (we are only nerds engineers with one master degree) ? Then with new administration, new rules, and we can't have pets, and all new neighbors have pets, it rule is only for Mexican.

Convenient, friendly but not a great value or safe. Roads full of pot holes that could ultimately cause an accident if not traveled on carefully. May cause damage to the alignment on your vehicle if not careful, or an accident if you negotiate the holes and inadvertently hit a neighbor or if you walk into a hole and twist your ankle. I have been here 3 years and this will be my last lease I sign which will end in the summer of 2024. The current corporation that owns it is the third one in three years that I have rented here. The companies make money as long as they can and high tail it once the cost is a burden. High priced for small apartments. Raised rents every year. No work done to update the community housing. I must say that the roofs have finally been replaced on the ones that had tarps on them for 4 years. Yes, tarps to keep the rain from coming into the apartments. Kudos for Harbor Group Mng. Finally, wood siding on the eaves of the apartments as well as fences and railroad ties for outside walls are rotting. Critters love living rotting wood.
I would not recommend living here. Come and look for yourself, if you dare.
