I have a friend with 3 little kids. Her bathroom floor is collapsing, the commode empties into her shower, the upstairs wall got water behind it and exploded ruining the carpet, her basement smells like bad like her shower because the sewer pipes in the basement cracked. They attempted to fix some of the pipes and just left the walls open and this is just a few of the things that are going on.

The worst agency, don't rent with them, they charge you for things like fixing a clogged bathroom and fumigating an apartment that was full of insects since I got in and they are supposed to fix it without charging and charging you triple they take up to 3000 dollars and If you don't pay them in a month they take a cut and they also charge you the cut and every month they raise you up to double what you owe in a month they charged me 2000 dollars apart from the rent, lousy agency, don't rent with them, they're hardcore

It’s not in my habit to leave bad reviews on people websites but I have to do on this one to save others people from this scam. Be careful if you’re trying to apply for an apartment at this company. This is definitely a scam, they made me paid a rental application free for an apartment that was not available and had me drive 40 minutes to visit the apartment, when I got there they told me the apartment was gone and I never received any background check records from them; I asked them for refund they told me they couldn’t and few days later I saw the same apartment on different websites showing that it was available; I contact one the scammers to explain what happened, he said he was going to reach out to them and get back to me but never did. I would give zero if I could!

I have been living in my lovely apartment for 5 years and I am extremely happy with Sherman Properties.

The actual worst experience in renting I've ever had, and hopefully ever will. The most unprofessional group of "human beings" I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do yourself a favor and rent from anyone else.
