I wanted to order paint and wallpaper. As I was placing my order, the store received a phone call, I was ignored, as they worked with the person on the phone. I left the store as I had an appt. I called back in 1/2 hour, and the same clerk answered the phone and asked me to wait. What kind of service is that? Very disappointing, in addition to rude.
This is probably the worse Sherwin Williams store I've EVER been in! There was ONLY one person working who DEFINITELY had an attitude because she was stuck dealing with a line of people. I asked a simple question that couldn't be answered because she claimed to be "helping other peole"
Great paint buying experience. Ordered online and picked my paint up 20 minutes later. Friendly and knowledgeable sales associate.
Worked with Gina on Saturday. She was able to answer my questions and she called the company of a product to get me the best information. Always very helpful!
Their premium paints are very, very good; they have good coverage and hold up well. Be prepared to spend between $50.00 to $100.00 a gallon. In my opinion it's worth it. Look for sales and discounts.
I had a great experience with my phone purchase of paint and supplies from the Allison Park store. My salesperson Justin was extremely patient and helpful to make sure I was choosing the best products for my project. I will definitely return to this store for my next project, and I'll make sure to let my friends know about the great experience I had with phone purchase and curb side pickup.
Excellent customer service, quality product, ease in selecting colors and I appreciate that they keep records of your color selections for many years and match them.
