Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I came into the store about a week ago looking for a specific type of Sherwin Williams brand primer and was told that they were out of it but after looking it up in their system, they said 80 gallons of it was coming Tuesday around noon. No big deal, they even said that they would set aside 5 gallons of the primer for me, took my name, phone number, everything. So I came back the following Wednesday, giving them extra time even, and when I arrived they said that they never received it and hand no clue when they would get it. I asked why did nobody call and I was told that their computer is so old, that they can't keep accurate records or even know when product arrives.an hour worth of driving to simply be told that everything Sherwin Williams told be is a lie and that they can't help. Not interested in ever buying their products again.

The sales rep was quick and followed all Covid-19 safety protocols. A color match from a pained piece of wood was provided and came out perfectly!

The sales associate at Sherwin Williams South Atherton star was extremely friendly and professional. I didn't have the information to match the stain I needed but he patiently found the information on the computer. He also offered to register me in their system so I could receive a 25% discount. The process to do that took less than 3 minutes. It was a very positive experience.
