So unprofessional I drive a hour to buy a simple airbag I get to the place at 6: 15 they close at 6: 30 they said the parts department was closed the only guy who know about had a emergency and no body was there so unprofessional

THIS DEALER BLEW UP MY ENGINE! STAY AWAY! REPLACED EGR COOLER WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS HEAD. GASKET! DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPINSIBILITY FOR THERE SCREW UPS! LAWSUIT PENDING!

Called the parts department for a gasket for my freight liner truck they told me they would call CAT and get a price they took my information and never called back, two days later they still had my information with no answer. They lied and said they couldn’t get ahold of CAT and they I could call them myself, called right down there they answered on the first ring. This leads me to the conclusion that the parts department at Sherwood frieghtliner are lazy and compulsive liars.

I called ahead a d they had my part waiting for me. I was getting ready to leave when I noticed I need a fuel cap. I ran inside and he allowed me to make sure it fit before I purchased it. It was almost closing time and he never made me feel like I was putting them out. I appreciate this location and all the staff that assisted me and answered all my questions.

Mutiple issues while still under warranty, took it here they fixed it? But had to take it back 2 additional times for same issues. Continued problems on going so took it to an Authorized Freightliner repair shop near the IN-KY border, I was unaware of an on going campaign (foward chasis harness inspection) issued 6 months previously to my visit but Sherwood surely knew about it. Campaign completed, wire harness replaced and problems resolved. So not only did Sherwood know about campaign and chose not to do it but charged for repair work wich would be covered under warranty. Unless desperate will not be going to any of the Sherwood locations. Sorry to my fellow drivers swhom may have fallen prey, should have posted 2 1/2 years ago.

By far the best dealer and service dept in the 3 states I run. Fast and friendly service dept got me in quick and resolved my problems quickly. I think it's the only dealer that tries to help out the owner operators

Easy to get to off I -81. Parts department was fast and had a good inventory. All people working there are very customer appreciative. Service was ready to get truck problem taken care of fast. Good dealership.

1 is the lowest I can go, if I could give a negative 10 I would.
We explained to Maria in finance and Jim the sales person we did not want to take a hard hit to our credit. We submitted all of our information after asking what they needed for financing. After reviewing info she pre determined it wouldn't go thru with Daimler and only submitted to daimler, a professional would have advised someone to go your local bank
I will not be going back or ever recommend them to anyone

Your (daughter) finance person told your salesman that us submitting our financials was putting the cart before the horse, we had our financials with us. We drove 500 miles to try to purchase a vehicle. She had no interest in looking at them at that time. She gave no real explanation or if the bank came back with a counter offer.
A lot of headaches could have been avoided if she did her job in the first place other than being flippant and saying " I saw it wouldn't go thru but I ran it anyway, because you wanted me to, NO you all wouldn't go any further unless we submitted a credit application. And that's all that was asked submit a credit application and we'll go from there. Also, in talking with other dealers and other finance people her way of doing things is not very professional or thorough.
