1 We had it condo completely renovated by Peter and his incompetent workers. We spent 100,000.00 and now need to spend another 30,000 to fix his mistakes. He is super attentive at the start of the process and then goes down hill fast. These pictures barely scratch the surface of what is wrong.

Just to clarify Peter’s response. ALL of these items were addressed with Peter and on many punch lists that we provided. We have had 8 contractors and and multiple realtors assess our condo and every single one was horrified. Thanks to Peter we are now stuck with fixing the issues his workers created, including making the condo inhabitable d/t placing a junction box in the wall, it does not even pass inspection. We have had multiple conversations and correspondence with Peter and he refused to acknowledge his wrong doing. PLEASE do not hire this man.
