Horrible, my car was stolen on the parking lot, called office to see if there was any cameras, they dont have any. Apartment hallways are very dirty, we have to clean them. You will end up with mice and cockroaches and your apartment, no matter how clean you keep it. You can hear EVERYTHING, some people play music at 1 am and when you complain to staff they say that nothing can be done. Rent goes up every year. You will also see cops around often, it's like living in reading. The only good thing about this place is the school district, the rent also goes up every year, we are counting the days until we move out.

As a neighbor in the community I couldn’t be happier to have the commons in my backyard! Michele and her staff are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help me with a neighborly Issue! Thank you again so much!

Choose this place to live only if end of the world and this is the last place to stay. Management is sometimes rude. Rules are different for different tenants. Don't expect to get back your security deposit no matter how clean you left the apartment before you left this place.

Don't expect your security deposit back if you want to rent here! They will find things to get you on! I had an old refrigerator when I moved in, it had no shelf in freezer, there was a place for one but never got one, after 3 years I moved and they informed me that a produce drawer was cracked and charged me $300! This is how they get the money to buy the appliances for their units! If you have a dog or cat beware! Even if you clean carpets, they will say their is a animal odor and charge you $150! Had a window leak, they came in and just put a painted piece of plywood over wet drywall! Was there only a few months and people upstairs turned on all water and left, I had a waterfall in my apt, they came shut off water upstairs and sucked up water, put a big fan in apt to dry it out, and it cost me $50 in electricity, told them that mold will be a problem, told me no it was alright, after about 6 months we had headaches, my son got sick, and coughed, when moving out The carpet behind a night stand was black with mold! Wall behind it was rotten! They tried to patch water damage in bathroom, but they failed, it cracked open and looked horrible, nice for guests to look at! Than you have people going to the Giant and they leave the shopping cars in the grass areas, another lovely sight! Than you have the radios playing loud music at 1,2,3 AM, so loud it's like having your radio on right beside you! People that live there have no respect for anyone! They are taking more and more sec. 8 People, so after hearing this do you still want to rent here! GOOD LUCK!

Worst place to rent I rent between 2017/18 rent to high $1015 for two bedroom is was not work it.management do not take care the property like it should.when something break they just make it look like it was fix. I HAVE THE ROOF LEAK FOR COUPLE TIMES FIRE ALARM GOING OFF AT 1 AM IN THE MORNING. BECAUSE ONLY THING THEY JUST PACH THE ROOF IN IT LESK AGAIN. PEOPLE ALWAYS FIGHTING, LOUD MUSIC, I THOUGHT I WAS LEAVING IN THE SUBURBS. I. DNOT RECOMENT TO ANY WANT STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORK IT.

Quiet and beautiful Community. Management and maintenance services need to be improved. Not so heavy on the pocket.

Worst renting experience of my life. Walls are paper thin, maintenance takes forever to handle anything if the office even tells them about it at all, when we moved in we were supposed to have a W&D, we didn't have one (how does an apartment complex not know what's in the apartments?) So they chopped up the bathroom and put one in. Cutting our single bathroom in half. We had a disgusting dark stain on our carpet since the first week we moved in and then they had the nerve to charge us for needing to replace the carpet about we moved. Stay away from this property.

I currently live here. This place is not a bad place to live BUT management is unbearable ESPECIALLY MICHELLE. She is very unprofessional and rude to the residents. Avoid solving issues through her if you can, that would save you a lot of frustration and headache. Rent goes up every year about $25 +. If you plan on living here for many years, be mindful of the amount you might end up spending.

Horrible apartment I have ever stayed. Please don't prefer this apartment.the staffs are very rude. They don't know how to deal with people. Laundry is very dirty and most of machines is not working.

It is too noisy on midnight. People are playing music on midnight, screaming, partying. Its hard to get a good sleep most of days. Apartment is open for anyone. No security. Anyone can access anywhere at anytime.

Too old apartment. Poor drainage. Every time kitchen sink and bath tub get clogged. Carpet is messy and found bugs. My whole 5 months in that apartment was horrible.
