Very clean. Staff is always VERY kind and helpful. Bring quarters or get them there. Machines are not credit card ready

Came about three months ago and many dryers were down and the floor tiles were coming making it hazardous. But was in the area and needed to get laundry done. HUGE IMPROVEMENT. VERY CLEAN. VERY FEW MACHINES DOWN. MUCH BETTER OVERALL EXPERIENCE.if you have not been there in a few months you should stop.you will pleasantly surprise with the upgrades.new washers.great place.thank you new owners for the upgrades.

More than half the dryers or out of service and quite a few washers. Shillington laundry mat used to be good, but has gone down hill since it was sold.

Floors are dirty. Washer was full of pet hair and I couldn’t get my money back out. Alot of the machines were out of order.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and never had any problems. But ever since the new owner took over things have been going down hill. They only have a few dryers and now most of them are out of order! Instead of 1 1/2 to do my wash. It takes me 2 1/2 hours cause I am waiting for a dryer to open up!

The larger machines (commercial) for bulky items have been broken for over one year?

I was just there and only ONE out of 4 was working?

Pathetic way to run a business. They have 17 dryers and only seven are working. I'm not even going to comment on the washing machines and how many of them are out of order. Fifty cents for 3 minutes of drying time. I will never come back to this place. I wish I could give a zero star rating.

I lived in Shillington for over 30 yrs. Recently moved nearby. I had 7 huge loads of laundry. Realized when I got home I left one of them in the washer. I called, they were closed. Went on their FB page and sent a message. Within 10 min someone got back to me and said they would tell the manager in the morning. They called me, put it away very neatly in a basket. I was so relieved. Women are always cleaning or sweeping the floors. Always someone there to answer questions. And now open till 9. Thank you ladies.

Place was clean, but A LOT of machines were out of order. Didn't see a bathroom for those that stay with their laundry.

Amazing. I've visited 6 laundry mats since moving to the area and they were all run down, I'll cared for, smelled of smoke, etc. This laundry mat made my day. The ladies were so kind and hard working. They cleaned every 5 minutes.
They did run out of quarters which can be a bit of a pain but even then this place was a dream.

Highly recommend their laundry drop off service! I brought in a TON of clothing as well as bedding to be washed while I was at work and everything was finished in just a few hours. Everything was folded and bagged up perfectly, and my clothes that I requested not to be put in the dryer were hung neatly on hangers. My clothing feels clean and smells so good and I’m very pleased with my experience.

Not too happy about my experience over all. Most of the medium washers were out of order, so you either have to spend more money washing in the smaller washers or using the big washers which are not as new and they charge a little bit more than some of the newer laundromats, plus they have 2 that work so between the attendant trying to wash clothes and customers, you may be subjected to your clothes being taken out and set off to the side if you're literally not standing there watching. The note on the door said-wait in your car, no folding wash & so called wear a mask, etc. Was more irritated because this is not the climate to be making mistakes with people's laundry. The sign on the door says one thing but something totally different was going on in the inside. I was following the instructions on the door and turn around and my stuff gets moved and one of my articles of clothing ended up getting washed with the stuff the attendant was washing cuz she was too busy rushing around and socializing with no mask, but she had gloves on though! Not good for a germaphobe like me! LOL Needless to say I sanitized that piece of clothing! I ended up calling & of course, she wasn't in but glad I did cause somebody else would have got my pants! Won't be going there again.

The best place where you can pay for someone to wash your laundry for a fair price. They do a wonderful job and the employee (she) is fabulous.

Most machines operational, everything's clean, and helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back.

It's okay they just need to keep out the riffraff that don't belong there it's not from Shillington people like over at the stay over it Glenside Oakbrook people that don't belong over here Shillington messing up the laundromat coming in without Mouse acting like they run the place not try again
