After a promt greeting and check in, a short time in waiting room an assistant took notes about reason for visit. Then Dr, Meyer conducted a thorough physical examination and discussion. The office visit ended with card for next checkup. All personnel were efficient and caring,

Dr. Meyer was very aggressive and accusatory towards me at my latest appointment. I have tried to forget my past experiences with her (from years ago) because she is one of the few dermatologists that I’m able to schedule with at the moment. This time my experience was very unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I didn’t have a single brain cell to my name. I have struggled with acne for years now and it has been so frustrating trying to work with someone who won’t listen to a word I say. Every time I enter her office it’s a broken record of how I have done almost everything so impossibly wrong. There is simply a lack of compassion. She’ll be able to prescribe you your medicine if your up to dealing with her horrible and sour disposition. I don’t plan to return and I can’t recommend her.

I hadn't been to Dr. Meyer in four years, so there was a lot of information to provide and her staff was very thorough in capturing all of it. Dr. Meyer was in her customary happy teacher mode, easily explaining what each skin event was and whether or not it required action.

I've been going to this dermatologist for years. She is one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. The spa upstairs is fantastic as well!

I have always been treated very well at this practice. Dr. Meyer one of the very best. She provides a thorough examination, and treatment plan. I have been her patient for many years, and will be for many years to come.
She is gracious, understanding, professional, and has a great patient/doctor style.
Folks complain about the person who answers the phone. What matters to me is successful treatment of my condition, and Dr. Meyer provides that.

Excellent experience overall. Also very accommodating setting appointments and processing insurance.

I was seen by Dr. Meyer for a problem with a navel discharge. She was understanding and very professional. She was able to help determine I needed a surgeon. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Meyer for any dermatological needs you may have.

I have been going to Dr. Meyer for several years. I find her & her staff to be courteous & professional. The spa is lovely & she offers quite a few services as well. She takes her time in explaining things & never makes you feel "rushed".

I took my daughter to see Dr. Meyer and had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Meyer and her entire staff were very professional and took their time when seeing my daughter. Lisa, the Aesthetician, explained everything thoroughly and totally put my daughter at ease. Would definitely recommend Dr. Meyer and her staff.

This doctor in my own opinion seems to be genuinely selfish and only considers herself and what you can do for her financially.

Unfortunately the billing department is very rude and made multiple mistakes. They never apologized for any of their mistakes. I would never recommend anyone that I care about to go to this business. I requested a follow up on three occasions and no one has contacted me when they said that they would. Ellen was the rudest staff member. She may need to be retrained. Ruth was the only staff member that admitted that they had made a mistake. As of yesterday Ellen is still saying otherwise and again no one has EVER apologized for this 2 month headache.

UPDATE: The incorrect billing code was never changed. The office staff told me they couldn't change it, which is patently false. This office is all about the money.

Terrible service. Her office coded my procedure wrong and have been appealing the bill since. This was TWO months ago. I was billed for a diabetic specific procedure that costs 3x more than the procedure received and I don't even have diabetes. She also insulted my person while I was in there. Overall, a terrible experience. I would NEVER suggest her services to anyone.

After explaining the entire situation to my own PCP, she attempted to reach out. She was treated with utter disrespect as well and she was appalled at the treatment I received under Dr. Meyer's care. My PCP will no longer be referring patients to her services. What an awful business this woman is running, not to mention my derm issue was nowhere NEAR being resolved by her terrible services. Do not waste your time.

Was late because I couldn't call them because they shut their phones off and they wanted to change me $50. Just another doctor solely concerned with money. However if I came at 5 I would wait an hour for my appointment so it's bs that their staff would have to work later. They already clearly work longer than 5.
