Shine on Market, Camp Hill PA

A terrible experience. They were 1/2 late and gave me the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails chipped after the first day and I wasn’t using my hands. The polish they used was junk. Don’t waste your time and money.

My close friend and I have had 3 manicures from Shine on Market so far, and we intend on making them our place! Emily, Amber and Team are so creative, lovely and funny. We look forward to our appointments, and whenever we show them a design they not only get it spot on, but suggest something that's their own flavor, making our nails look even better than the photo! You will want to make them your regular salon, I promise you!

I love going to Shine on Market to get my nails done! Amber has created such a positive and welcoming environment. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I can’t wait to go back each time after I leave!

I was quite excited to get my nails done for the holidays, but I am very disappointed after today's service. My appointment was at 1 PM. I was not helped until 1: 25. At first, I felt really bad because the nail artist stated that the gel nails I had on were very thick. I apologized and stated I didn't realize that it was an issue as I stated I had gel on when I called. They proceeded to soak my hands too long in acetone until my hands were dry and cracked to quicken the removal. There was a nail drill machine that could have been used to shape my nails and take off the old gel more. They could have also used it to buff my nails so they're not bumpy. But by not using the proper tools and methods, the new polish turned out awful. To make matters worse, when she shaped my nails, she couldn’t even manage the same shape. Two of my nails are chipped. The gel nail polish itself did not even blend properly so it's not smooth with half of it still smudged. I will not be returning.

My friend’s visit was horrible! Please see photos for the cuts to her fingers which were so sore after her manicure. I can not even believe how many cuts she had and what a terrible job they did at this salon.

The absolute BEST place to get your nails done! Amber is so personable & all of the ladies working are so genuine & kind. They work so hard to bring any inspiration pictures to life & they always exceed my expectations. The salon is extremely clean & so welcoming. Without a doubt, the best in the area

I started going to shine on market a couple of months ago and I have nothing bad to say about them. Amber and her workers always great me when I come in and are so kind to talk to. They always get me in and I always leave with my nails looking amazing.

Absolutely amazing every time! Amber and everyone at Shine are so friendly and do an excellent job, especially at creative designs - can’t recommend enough!

I wanted to love this place. But I've been extremely disappointed. I got my nails done on a Thursday. Dip manicure, gel pedicure- all French tip. At first glance they looked beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I left the salon Thursday realizing my nails weren't smooth and flat like they always are, but they all had a weird dip in the middle of them. I brushed it off. Upon closer look, I later realize my gel pedicure wasn't cleaned up, which then In turn has caused them to peel. Friday- my gel pedicure is starting to peel.less than 24 hours later. I go back to get it fixed Saturday- again staff is super accommodating! I leave and realize on Monday the pedicure is still not cleaned up & peeling again… toes are scabbed, and somehow I've managed to chip 3 nails in one day - without any crazy vigorous activity to break them. I have NEVER had nails break this easy- and so painless.if you want nice staff, this place is great! But the quality seems a little questionable.so 2 stars for customer service at least. Because they have great customer service I’m sure I could go back and get them fixed because I genuinely think the people here are so sweet & customer service is definitely up there- but being in a completely different state for vacation and having to go get your nails redone (paying AGAIN for a full set…) is a little frustrating.

I've tried multiple nails salons in the area and Shine on Market is where I'm going to continue to go! Amber and her employees came highly rated from my friends. I echo those sentiments! I've always disliked walking out of a salon with my nails looking like they're already grown out and that never happens when I leave Shine on Market! Can't recommend them enough!

Did not feel welcoming, the girl knicked my finger a few times with the dremmel file causing me to bleed. Nails started to bubble around the cuticle the next day.

I’ve been going here for a few months now, so I can confidently say that it’s amazing! I got my nails done at quite a few different places while trying to find somewhere I was comfortable to get my wedding nails done and Shine definitely exceeded my expectations. All the employees are so nice and they do fantastic work. The owner is so nice and is always working too. I even started bringing my mom with me and she loves it as well. The space is beautiful and clean, the prices are super reasonable, and the atmosphere is great. I absolutely love getting my nails done here!

I have gone on Shine for a couple years now and they never fail to give me exactly what I want. I always leave there feeling so excited to show everyone my new nails. The place itself is beautiful and Amber is the sweetest ever. She employees are also super sweet which makes the experience so enjoyable. High recommend if you are in the area! 10/10!

Love this nail salon! The polish selections are great and it's such a warm environment.
