These guys stepped up when we were going viral on social media and have done an absolutely amazing job to keep up with our insane demand in the late parts of last year, while also keeping pricing at lowest in the industry. I've worked with multiple 3PLs before Ship Daddy. The first one failed so catastrophically one holiday season that Christmas orders shipped months late. Months! Another routinely ignored emails or answered urgent questions days later without acknowledging the delay. Their software didn't even have a view of our current inventory levels. The best I could hope for was periods of competency between disasters.

Ship Daddy is infinitely better than our previous 3PLs because they care and they communicate. When there's a problem, we message them on Slack and they quickly respond and fix it. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and hard working. They've been an incredible partner for us.
