Building is sinking into the ground already, walls are paper thin in some areas of each unit. You can hear every conversation your neighbor is having in your bedroom. Trying to heat this place is terrible, there are so many windows the only place that stays warm are the bedroom and bathroom throughout the winter. Also you can say goodbye to your security deposit because the carpet they tell you they replace comes out of your pocket, they still require you to spend around $180 to have it PROFESSIONALLY cleaned, you can't just rent a steam cleaner and call it a day. You can also expect them to charge you around the same amount for general cleaning no matter how clean you leave your unit. Do not rent from here!
