Don’t rent here your mail goes missing and forgotten and the management office lets people party and music plays all night long so you pay rent to have peace not argue all the time with the neighbors you tell the management about it they don’t care or do nothing about it and there are people parking here at all hours of the night people drinking alcohol, garbage fee and the water fees are charged every month not every three months becareful when renting here

Decent place to live for a fair price at the time.

I lived here back when it was called Bard Townhouses in 2016. Rent and utilities were around $425 a month for the smaller downstairs room. Although, management was constantly changing which was a drag. The "Campus Connections" management group often held events with fun giveaways. Overall, they made it fun to be a part of Bard. PMI Management Group was the worst group, but I have no idea who's running it now.

Bad experience can’t help people in need that have no place to go even tho you make enough money to pay the rent bc your credit is not so good wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent there

Just moved here and can't quite do 5. Got to give 4 right now. Everything is okay, but needs some work. Only a few minor things to be said but nothing crazy. Front office is great. Laundry mat looks nice and the mail spot is fine. Roads are definitely something. Major fixups needed in the road work department. The place itself isn't bad. Door looks like it needs some work, maybe lines for parking need redone. A bunch of minor things as I said. Honest review so far. Thank you. Could be 5 stars later.

A great place. I walk my dog here all the time. There's always kids and people running around and lots of people have plants and cute decorations out. There's even a dog run and a spot to get poop bags if you need them.

Excellent community to live in, very kind, friendly and respectful staff. Never had a problem with maintenance they’re always right away, parkings are always available, Very clean and quiet community. I love it.
