Shiraz made my wedding dress dreams come true. I had used her services for a few other dresses in the past and loved her work, so I knew to trust her with my wedding gown for my party this past weekend. She was able to adjust anything I asked and even made some suggestions, as she is the expert! She let me come back last minute a few days before the big day to take the dress in a bit and she did the work perfectly but during a time crunch. She is professional and extremely talented. I cannot say enough good things about Shiraz Alterations. I had my wedding dress altered with another seamstress who really was not understanding what I had envisioned for my gown. I called Shiraz and they got me in the same day for a consult. My wedding is scheduled for May and I was worried about the timeline. I picked up my dress today and it fit like a glove! I will forever be so grateful for their quick and VERY reasonable service. So thankful to them for helping me with bridal dress dilemma! I highly, highly recommend this business and I will absolutely be telling others to use them for their tailoring needs.

My husband and I love this place. First time using Shiraz Alterations. They were already busy as others were there for alterations as well but they still acknowledged us and tended to my husbands needs. My husband needed his work pants altered and they did such a great job, the pants fit him perfect now. We will definitely be going here for now on for any future needs and refer family and friends. I needed to fix a broken zipper, and called multiple tailors in the area and everyone said around 1-2 weeks. I called Shiraz Alteration, and they were very nice and able to fix it in one day for a great price.

Highly recommend! I was looking to get a vintage dress from the 50s tailored. I was very cautious picking a tailor, since it is such a fragile piece and I wouldn’t want anything to go wrong with it. Based on the great reviews, I decided to go with Shiraz Alterations and I was not disappointed. Sylvano did an amazing job and it was very pleasant working with him. He tailored the dress, fixed some tears, added a silk lining and steamed it. The care and quality craftsmanship really showed throughout the entire process. So if you are questioning which tailor to bring your valuable pieces to, look no further!

So I came back with my vision for my wedding dress and she turned it into a reality. She took the base of a dress and altered it into my custom made dream. Not only did it fit perfectly, but I feel perfect in the dress.

Best seamstress and alternations! I had been going to a place for about 10 years and all of a sudden she started doing bad cheap fixes and I’m talking a month or more to have your stuff done so I looked at some reviews and I found Shiraz Alterations-I’m so happy I did they are absolutely amazing! When I called they asked me when do I wanna come in there was no waiting time when I went in it was very friendly a beautiful great atmosphere they had my stuff done by the following week. When I picked my stuff up I didn’t have time to try anything on I was running late for work when I got home I tried everything on I can not believe the amazing work that they did, absolutely amazing! You will not go wrong with this place believe me they are top notch! Thanks so much Shiraz now my jumpsuit is ready to rock for Las Vegas and all my jeans fit perfectly now. Absolutely perfect service. I had my prom dress altered (waist taken in, hem altered, slit made higher). They did an AMAZING job. Such lovely people and so good at their jobs. I absolutely recommend!

The best around! Came across them last minute & I am so happy I did. I needed my dress within 3 days of dropping it off and they got it done. My dress was taken in on the sides, a few inches off the bottom & a slit up the side was added. It looks amazing! Beautiful work - will definitely be back in the future.

My wedding dress was about two sizes too big, and she was able to have it fit absolutely perfect! I also had sleeves and a bustle added, which I received a ton of compliments on. If there were any issues (schedule or question), I was able to just call/come in and have them fixed immediately. She is so kind and reassuring, and will walk you through every single thing she does to your dress to put your mind at ease. Not to mention the most important part, the prices are FAIR! Especially in this wedding market where everything is increasing due to demand.

She shortened a formal gown I wore at my daughter’s wedding that I am going to wear to my son’s wedding, and she did a beautiful job!

Straight up Shiraz is the best seamstress I've ever dealt with. Top notch professional, sweet, kind, makes sure everything is right before you leave. There was a small wrinkle in my dress and she got it out before I left. Her pricing is better than most places and for the work she does, it's def worth it. I'll def go back to her for any future alterations.
