Awful management! Dirty building. They rent to any and anyone. Any given day you're sure to see random trash bags in the hallway. The cleanup guy too busy on his phone behind the dumpster all day. Serious rodent and bug problems.
SMH must not be that good of a place to live since you have fake good reviews. Those same people reviewed other places during the same time
This place is a DUMP. I repeat a DUMP. If you are looking for an apartment that you will get your money’s worth and live comfortably in your own home than this is not the apartment for you. I have been here for two years and when my lease is up in a couple months I will be moving. Within these two years I have experienced living with Bed Bugs (that they know came from our neighbors because they said that our neighbors were living nasty) but they refused to allow us to move into a different apartment, we lived with Mold in our kitchen cabinets due to water leakage in our walls (again due to a leakage coming from the apartment on top of us) and it took them months to do anything about it. It took for me to tell them that I would get it fixed myself and take it out the rent for them to do anything about it. We had our windows broken out twice. Nothing was done about it and it was again months before they replaced the window. They do pest controls about once a month. They are good with that but the con of that is that they leave your door unlocked when they leave. Leaving it easily accessible for someone to walk into your apartment behind them while you are not there. For some reason the mail box is always open. I’ve had my package stolen and they did nothing to try and reimburse me for it. I could go on and on but I hope that this will help you to think TWICE about making your final decision. PLEASE DON’T DO IT!
I moved in a few months ago and I'm really happy here. The new manager Sean is very helpful and efficient. Any issue i had was addressed right away.
