Everyone I've met at the brodheadsville branch has been extremely understand and patient with me. There's nowhere I would rather go not just for the customer experience, but because I have a lot of questions. Getting an in depth answer the first time I ask means a lot to me, there are a lot of things I don't know and they understand that 24 pages of policies don't always get absorbed on the first glance.

Been there twice with my wife and my wife has been there once without me, each time went there to register our vehicles in Pa and each time get different information that we need to register our vehicles. They really need to get there act together there and give all information at first visit in order to register your vehicle in Pa when you move to Pa from a different state. Not happy with them at all and don’t recommend them for anything. Not reliable and not professional!

I recently sold a vehicle as a private sale and needed to transfer the title when it was convenient for the buyer after working hours. Shirley Katz's Office was not only open until 7pm on week nights at all three of their locations, but the service was above and beyond. The agent was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going into Shirley Katz since I first moved to Pennsylvania. They are convenient and take care of me with great enthusiasm and care. I needed some general advice about living in the area and without making me feel awkwad they gave me tons of great tips. I have been into shirley cats multiple times since moving here last year. They always make me feel like family, they always are happy to see me. Well my family isnt like that but you get the idea. But really, they treat me like a valued customer and remember me and ask hows the family just a great place I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Been doing title work here as long as I can remember. Went there this morning and the lady did not want to do her job, wanted to double charge me fees and trying to tell me I have to pay double notary fee for a title. CRAZY. Trying to say that is what they do and she has been there 11 years. I know for a fact that is not true. "Treat people like your neighbor"? I am your neighbor for real.

I get everything done through them: insurance, registration, etc. All the ladies who work there are super friendly. Quick customer service but they make you feel like a valued customer! Dont waste your time and money at this location. Obnoxious personnel and high rates compared to other notaries in the area. You can't ask a question without receiving a sarcastic remark, as well. I agree with the other comments, I don't know how they're still in business or who they're paying to write such great reviews. A complete sham!

Second time here for title, tags & insurance. Bridgette & Linda were incredible! These ladies found me the best deals for my budget & were very friendly. Feeling was like meeting with best friends - who knew all about what I needed. Thank you!

Staff all lack customer service skills. They are Programmed like machines to process paperwork and take your $$. They are not friendly at all and have no personality. The Lady who runs this Brodheadsville facility (same person who does the insurance) is obnoxious. Thinks she’s a smart a$$. Dealt with her 2-3 times before and never had a pleasant experience. Simple question about transferring a vehicle to family member she was nasty about. Always a sarcastic remark and that annoying smirk at the end! Seems to be her trademark. Bottom line. I will not go back to Katz in Brodheadsville for any vehicle related service and do not recommend them primarily because of their high prices and poor customer service. Go elsewhere. Any of the other notaries/tag places in the area so to speak is better than this hole in the wall place.

I came in late morning with my son and Bridgette helped me immensely. She helped me get car insurance and registration. She was very informative and explained every detail. I left without a worry. I highly recommend Bridgette, in the Brodheadsville office to help you with any insurance.

Great and professional service! My agent Bridgette is the best! But all the ladies at the Brodheadsville office are always positive, upbeat, and engaging. I recommend everyone to them that needs anything for their insurance or motor vehicle needs.

I really don't know how this place has good ratings? Woman named Megan who works there, very rude and acts like I'm stupid if I have questions about a policy. My family have been customers for a long time and I can't count how many times they "forgot" they we came in to pay them for our policy! Among other things! Highly recommend not going there!

I don't understand how this place received such high ratings. I took my great aunt and uncle to get their vehicle registered and the lady that was helping them was very unpleasant. She was impatient, seem annoyed and I was cringing watching her interact with my family members. I don't understand how this place received such high ratings! I'm assuming there is new staff but they definitely need to freshen up on their customer service skills. We'll kindly take our business to AAA or the other notaries in the area. I will not be returning and will warn everyone I know to go elsewhere!

Poor customer service experience, unpleasant and unwelcoming faces. These women here need to keep their attitude at home. Tense atmosphere. Took forever to get service. The workers all look miserable and annoyed throughout my time there. If I can give this a Zero rating, I would. For all you potential customers reading this, take your business elsewhere. A&S Katz is way over rated and one of the highest priced notary around. There are better places with lower prices, friendly and more courteous service in the area.
