Bought 4 pair sneakers and unfortunately had to return one because it was the wrong size. The return process was painless and the women behind the counter were super helpful.

Will definitely return to this store again to buy shoes. They carry lots of good brands I trust.

My mom had been in the store today, and had the worst experience with the staff ever. She has a prosthetic leg and needs the left shoe so she can actually tell if her shoes will fit or feel right. She had asked for the left shoe and the staff immediately gave her an attitude over needing it asked her why she needs it when she is wearing short pants and the leg itself is in plain view. They then proceeded to follow her around the store as if she was now a suspect of shop lifting. Don't take your disabled family members here they are prone to discrimination.

Terrible, they never have the size you wear if you can find something that is made in America, and it's allot like shopping at the big huge store across the street, with higher price tags. And they make you wear a Coof mask like it's halloween.

The prices for women's shoes were average. Men's boots were overpriced slightly. The selection was average.

Great selection. I went for and found 10 inch steel toe Carolina Logger boots, in 8 1/2 men's which are sometimes tough to find. Price of $129.99 was very fair for that boot. 4 stars instead of 5 because only one employee on Christmas Eve.day.

Quickly found a good pair of shoes for me, and staff very willing to help even with my special needs due to requiring certain features and working with my AFO.

I love the Shoe Dept.in Coal Township. They are very friendly and helpful. Store is very clean.
