Shoe Dept. Encore, Uniontown PA

Came in needing a pair of shoes for a trip, came in a 4: 15 and the three workers were on their phones facetiming with the shutters half closed, we asked if they were still open and if we could look around, they all gave a glare and said no were closed that's why the gates down, and we moved along, as we come back the same staff members were making tik toks about "some people" knocking on the glass and hanging on the shutter screaming are you open? Mocking us before we even left, embarrassing and unprofessional even for the teenage workers there

While shopping at Shoe Dept in Uniontown I lost my wallet while trying on shoes. A store clerk, Josh, found it and took it to the desk. I am so grateful he was an honest young man.

Terrible customer service in store and over the phone. Cancelled my order without telling contacting me. I was told the boots were just dusty. Still needed the boots so I went to the store an hour away from me with 2 kids. Picked the boots up. Always was never told they could order me a new pair of the same boots only that they could hold this pair until the money went back into my account. So had to paid again even those the money was taking from my account the first time I paid.hey did give 20 bucks off. But when I got the boots home they weren't just dusty that were definitely used. So I called customer service the first woman I talked to was nice and tried to help me but the supervisor I spoke to had an attitude as soon as she got on the phone and nothing was resolved. I would not shop here again or recommend to anybody.
