8This place is ridiculous. It’s never clean or organized. A manager like guy condescendingly talking to other employees Darlene and other guy, loudly cursing and talking about “rather take it and going to strippers” while our kids were trying on shoes. Sure, educate your employees if they aren’t doing their jobs but maybe the problem isn’t just them.
Ty and Dan were PHENOMENAL and they deserve a raise! Both were super kind, attentive, and helpful!
I really like this store. There are plenty of options and prices are reasonable. I spoke with the store manager for a few minutes and he was very helpful and honest showing my options for winter shoes.
Customer service is very rude! I was in the store trying on shoes and a worker came up to me and told me to not play around? ! Like u old Hag who says I wasn’t gonna buy them?
They have their exterior exit locked and barricade with a trash can during business hours. This is a violation of fire code.
The salesman was very helpful. I am a large size. He spent 15-20 minutes going through inventory to accommodate me. I never felt rushed and/or tolerated. I highly recommend this store!
They like to lock their customers out. The back door is literally tied shut. Horrible customer service. I was gonna give the place a try but I will either go to Gabe's or another location. They also aren't friendly to delivery drivers. The one day I was walking through after I picked up a delivery in the food court and I overheard one of their employees saying they were going to have to start charging Uber Eats and doordash drivers for walking through their store. Just ridiculous. I wanted to shop here but I will not because of the way their employees are.
Worst customer service. Asked lady in the counter to help with the finding the pair and box. She said can’t help. Asked me to find the box and she said can’t scan the shoe. I know she can’t scan the shoe. I know she can’t scan. Nobody in the queue, I don’t know why she hesitated to help. Store staff needs patience. Didn’t buy the shoe.
