9Please explain to me and the rest of us that live in Clearfield why your store feels the need to block of the mall hallways at the square? Nobody is going to shop there or support your business by being greedy and pathetic. And the owner of that mall must be coward to allow it. You've ruined it with that degenerate decision!
Absolutely perfect experience. The association that helped us was so helpful and we left with two pairs of shoes for 37.00.total bargain!
My dad and I came in for shoes. Tammy and her staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and patient. Definitely went the extra mile as we tried on various products. Prices and sale promotions were excellent as well. Thanks for a great shopping experience
Customer service was outstanding. The clerk took the time to see if my request was available to order. We were excited to find out the item was available and would arrive 12/26 the day after Christmas but recently received a notice that it would arrive 12/23 before Christmas, WOW, Thank you and Merry Christmas.
I recently had surgery on my right foot in January 2022, I have been in allot of pain with walking, I went into store to try and find shoes that fit, Klara was awesome as well as the other lady that was there. I am so happy with my experience. They knew what I needed and I walked out of store in NO pain. Thank you and God bless
SO Friendly! Helpful staff and great selection! I DREAD shoe shopping, but they make it EASY! What I couldn't find in the store they found for me and ordered it and had it shipped right to my house!

So, instead of apologizing, or saying that you can order the size I'm looking for, you just say "that's all we have" and look at me like I'm insane? Lovely customer service there. NEVER going back.
