Very helpful. I had a problem with a title I didn't know about. They found the problem and are fixing it.

I am always greeted with a hello and a smile everytime I go in to pay my insurance. If I have any questions, they always have answers.
I am very happy with the service they provide.

These guys are great. We already had car insurance and homeowners (I think) with them when we were looking for new flood insurance. We got our property surveyed, or whatever it is that you do, and found that the flood line was only a tiny portion of our basement. But our insurance guy said we would still have to pay $2,800 a year, so he did not want to send it to FEMA. I called Shoemaker’s and they ran it through FEMA and it was $800 and some change for the year. I asked if that was for real and he assured me it was. We saved $2,000 and they were wonderful when I was having a meltdown lol! Thank you so much.

I did my research and contacted Shoemaker’s after reading positive reviews.
I have not had a positive experience w/Shoemaker’s.
It’s been months w/out a quote for farm/auto insurance. Last communication was on Sept 9th via telephone asking for additional info from me. Provided initial copies of present policy, etc in July.
I sent an email last Monday saying I was hoping to receive some numbers by now….
Today a week later I sent another email expressing my disappointment and that I was no longer interested in receiving a quote.
Within 25 minutes I received a reply email with a “sorry Jodee” explaining that’s it been “intense” there lately and the numbers he had were not good.
I asked that my file/case be closed and Nathan informed that it was.
Very disappointing experience w/Nathan. Intense environments whether personal or business should not carry over to the customer or potential customer.
I would not recommend Shoemakers for they don’t not deliver “standard” customer service. If anything it falls well below.

Stacy Runyon was very helpful when we were looking for the best Medicare insurance for my husband and I. She showed us what we had and what we could get for a much lower premium. She knew what she was selling.

Everyone I've worked with at Shoemaker's (insurance needs) had been courteous, helpful and dedicated to getting me the answers and service I needed.

I have been doing business with them for quite a few years. I have always had great service (including after hours.)
They have always treated me like I'm there best coustomer.
Would recommend giving them a call.
