17I tried calling three times or order a birthday cake. All three times I was put on hold and waited 14 minutes but no ine picked up. I'll take my business somewhere else.
Clean, has unique items/brands. Only negative is the lack of cases of coke and sprite (24 cans)
Great sales, excellent doughnuts, and other baked goods, nice selection of meats, and produce, look hard enough you can always find a good deal
Older man at next reg.spilled gallon milk on floor. No immediate cleanup. No wet floor comes, no associate directing customers to go another way. Milk all over my new shoes. I packed 220.00 worth of groceries while telling cust. To go another way. Woman called me RUDE. IF I HAD TIME I WOULD HAVE RETIIRNED MY ENTIRE IRDER
This Shop 'n Save is a nice store to shop for groceries. They also have a new kettel corn machine with prepackaged bags available to buy.
The cashier lady was fantastic. Very kind. And so friendly this is at the shop and save on east Pittsburgh St.
Only 1 cash register open. I have a case of beer. African American Lady in front of Mr goes to self check out and scans her beer, the front end coordinator logged into the register and bypassed the age limit so she can buy alcohol. I go to self check out right beside them pull out my id and get turned down and the front end coordinator told me go back in line. Discrimination. Will never come back here and I live down the street.
Like how this 1 is usually clean and well stocked on the sale items, unlike Latrobe's who usually run out before 1st sale date is half way over.
Clean well stocked, nice selection except they don't carry RIZZO'S Frozen spaghetti anymore
The staff was very helpful and helped me find a product.was in and out quick. Wasn't very crowded i was there on a Monday

Best grocery store in the area, IMO. Better quality goods than big bird or Wally world. Prices are comparable, sales are good. Can usually find what I need.

I prefer the Shop n Save on Rt. 66 in N. Hempfield. But as long as I can find Turkey Hill diet & diet decaf ice tea I'm a happy camper!
