Always clean, staff is helpful and the food is always fresh. No attitudes from employees or other customers. Stocked shelves and inexpensive compared to it's competitors.

Always clean and well stocked. Private label products have good value. The beer/wine section is lacking due to the PA laws that restrict purchase quantity but is good in a pinch for having longer hours.

It’s fine—has all the basics. Moderately clean. Staff are nice. I've had a few experiences of seeing a lot of wilted-looking produce. The entrance is set up awkwardly. I prefer Giant in Conshohocken, but ShopRite is ok when I want to go to the store closest to me.

Do not use the quick order lunch meat that is on the app. Every time they never cut it and always have some kind of excuse

Produces normally very fresh and on-site chicken is pretty decent

They get crazy busy during mid-day, so shop early

Great friendly place to do all of your grocery shopping! Prices have gone up everywhere but I still drive the extra distance (just a lil) to do my shopping at shoprite because I still think the prices are better than the other markets near me.

Update: I still prefer shopping at Shoprite!

I have been at this Shop Rite location less than a handful of times. Whenever I needed to gran a few items ans go, I did just that. This place had the items I needed.

ShopRites can be overly annoying and crowded THIS ShopRite is NOT. I LOVE THIS SHOPRITE mainly because the employees are so friendly.prices are high but I'll blame it on biden not Mr Brown!

Great produce section and nice store and employees. Store may be medium size, but inside is huge. Lots of cashiers, walked up and paid.fast.

I go there all the time, almost all of the staff there are friendly and helpful! The male day managers are rude and can be unprofessional at times by mistreating customers and staff.the produce is fresh, and the hot chicken is the absolute best! The meats are good and fresh. There's a nice selection of frozen foods and ice creams, It is busy a lot of the time, but that's for good reason. It's the best overall place in Roxborough to get groceries based on cleanliness, prices, and service! But even when it is busy, I never have to wait long to check out!
Oh yeah! Don't forget to help the Birdman on your way out. Pretty decent guy!

The best neighborhood store with friendly staff. Willing to assist and help to make sure your needs are met. Most of the daytime staff has worked there for 15 years plus.

Good prices but they need more of the smaller shopping carts. More and more people in our community are only shopping for one or two people not an entire family. The smaller carts are perfect for small orders and for using the self checkout options.

The worst grocery store I have ever been in. Constantly out of stock on many crucial items and on average there're 2 people working so the lines are ridiculously long at all time of the day. And self checkout is 5 people deep cuz only 2 self checkout lanes are open for the 7 lanes they have available. Don't waste your time in this store. Should close this ShopRite down cuz it's useless.

I bought some oat flour, and I opened the bag and noticed the expiration date was 9/24/2022. It is January, there is no reason for 3 months of expired food to be on the shelf. I write this review because this is not the first time it has happened. Please check your expiration labels when buying here.

Drive past this location a few times. I finally went shopping here. Not bad at all. Many items were well stocked. The staff were pretty friendly. I didn't get to observe all that I would have liked, for this was an in and out shopping visit. Nevertheless, I purchased everything I needed.

This rating just concerns Customer Service. I tried to send money by via Western Union to Riverdale, Georgia USA. The person waiting on me stated "all we need is the State it is going to. " The person I was sending it to never received it because it went to the Country of Georgia. I had to call Western Union to get a refund and was told "MAKE SURE THEY PUT CITY AND STATE WHEN SENDING MONEY. ". It was a process but Praise the Lord I was straightened out.

This has always been a great store with great prices& employees. I am a customer of 30 years and I choose this store in my hometown of Roxborough over Acme and Giant.
