Shrewsbury Dental Associates

Everyone at the practice was kind and professional. It was an excellent experience seeing Dr. Kaplan- she and her assistants Skylar and Alyssa are gentle yet thorough. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I switched to Shrewsbury Dental Associates this summer. I was told the first visit is scheduled for 1.5 hours to allow time for full X-rays and exam. I arrived early but was taken back 20 minutes after my appointment time. The huge that was very nice and thorough. Due to having some X-rays taken in November, my insurance would not cover all the X-rays. After an hour, I was told that they didn’t have enough time to do the cleaning so I needed to schedule another appointment for the cleaning. What? I was there 1.5 hours total and didn’t get my teeth cleaned.

Need to work on improving timing, should be able to complete a full exam and cleaning in 1.5 hours.

Very friendly staff. Every time I go they get me in and out quickly. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment to start.

The dentists are so kind, comforting, understanding, patient. They have done a great job with all my dental care. The hygienists are as equally incredible. Will return!

I've been to a lot of different dentists. More than I'd like to admit. Shrewsbury dental is by far THE BEST dental facility I have been to. The technology they use is nothing I have ever seen before. Really, it's the people that work there. All of them. They are thorough, organized. On point. Thanks for showing up!

Dr. Cho recently made himself available to me for an emergency procedure regarding my exposed tooth. His patience, skill, tolerance (ex. I don't wish to subscribe as a typical dental patient) and above all availability reflect great credit upon himself and Shrewsbury Dental Associates.

First time there, very pleasant experience. Waiting room clean and comfortable. They offered me water, tea or coffee since I was early because of my husband’s appointment. Front desk staff very pleasant, very accommodating for appointments. Hygienist explained everything she was going to do first, and was very thorough with my cleaning. Saw Dr. Cho briefly who was very pleasant.

I just had my first visit and it was a wonderful experience. The exam was very thorough. The dentist and the hygienist spent plenty of time giving me information about my dental health and answering all of my questions. I'm happy we found Shrewsbury Dental Associates.

Highly recommend this practice. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I am 57 and I have never had cleanings as thorough as I receive here. I can’t say enough about the technicians and hygienists. They are very knowledgeable. I had to have a root canal and the office and Dr. Chase, called for an emergency appointment to an endodontist to have it repaired. The tooth was cracked, so the root canal could not be done and they called an oral surgeon and got me an appointment the next day. I have never heard of any doctors office go to these lengths to provide assistance for a patient. On a scale of 1-10…. 10+

We were pleased to see that everything was on one level. Easily accessible. Employees were the best. Very supportive, both mentally and physically because of husband's MS. Dr. Cho explained everything in detail. Will be going back.

This group is always fun to deal with and works with their patients to get in in the event of an emergency. Definitely a great team!

Only issue is they do not take Delta Dental. It makes it difficult to do out of network dentist that can only take 80% off vs 90% to 100% for routine dental work.

I highly recommend this dental practice. They are very responsive to concerns and are able to explain issues in layman’s terms. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
