Chris makes you feel very welcomed and assured and answers any questions you have and want to know about your vehicle or payments. This is my third time coming to Shums and every time has been a great experience and easy process. Thank you so much! To the wonderful team for fixing my car and for opening the doors to me unexpectedly last minutes before closing. I would recommend Shums to anyone without a doubt!

Hello, I have to say I am so glad. Happy that I found Schums auto repair. I I have gone to several mechanic. And they did not measure up to say the least of Schums. I recently had an incident where I purchased a battery from Schums, and somehow it failed … Schums replace the battery at no charge. It was under warranty. I have a 03 BMW didn't want to work on it all it need was a tune up Claim.them they put in a fuse but it still doesn't work but they were friendly about it

This place is awesome! Chris sent me a video to show me what repairs that my Acura needed and explained the repairs in detail and had my car back to me at the promised time. If you are looking for a honest, reputable mechanic, this is it!

Shum’s has the most friendly and welcoming staff. We got our car inspected and took advantage of their special when you drop your car off before 9: 00. The lobby is very clean and has a space for you to sit and relax. Communication is very clear when it comes to the mechanics at Shum’s, they never let you wonder what is going on with your car. We will definitely be going to Shum’s again!

Chris the Manger was kind easy going very concerned with my worries regarding my issues with my car.very patient and answered all my questions.

It was my first visit and a great experience! Andrey is awesome, knowledgeable, thorough and very engaging with the customers! He took the time to visually show me the issues with my car. I appreciated being able to see the concerns with my own eyes.
The lobby is clean and very comfortable with soothing music playing. It's a chill vibe! I was able to set up my laptop and work while I waited. Shum's is my NEW auto shop! 10 STARS!

Today was my first day trying Shums and I wish I would have tried this place out sooner! Definitely very friendly and the people are quite knowledgeable here! I went in for one specific issue, and as any good mechanic should do they corrected it in a timely professional matter. They also pointed out an issue that I was already aware of, so they're definitely attentive to finding what is actually needed to be done. I'm not ready to repair that other issue quite yet because I'm hoping they'll start using CareCredit Auto by Synchrony Bank cough cough lol.
But I really enjoyed they're pointing out the honest issues either way, and they gave me quotes on correcting it in the future when I am ready.

There's a laid-back calmness with these guys that I can't really explain you just have to experience to understand.
I'm definitely going back to this place from here on out! Everything about them is just reasonable and again they're very knowledgeable and professional!

Based on their esrimate ($1300 for a valve adjustment on a 2016 Honda Pilot) this shop is charging approximately $260 per hour (It is a 5 hours job). Honda dealer charges $160 per hour. Yes in the estimate price was a valve cover gasket which cost around $75.

Again 5/5/22 Shums is Amazing. Oil change, state inspection and replace timing chain tensioner. And they even send a Uber to pick me up at home to go and pick up my car when service was done at no charge to me. Awesome!

I got car service on 12/14/21 at Shums. I had a problem with a loud noise coming from bottom of car for 2yrs. Bepboys said I needed struts. I wanted 2nd opinion. I calledToyota I explained the noise i told them what bepboys said it was. They said I was
Probably better off getting a new car, because the cost of struts was going to be $4,000 for all 4 my car is a 2004. I took the car to Midas at two different locations. First location they didn't hear the noise. Second location buselton and grant there I pay $600 on 2020 for brakes and rotors.and still with the noise. They told me to take it back, however i didn't because if they couldn't figure it out the time I wasn't going to pay for a second try. My niece told me about Shums took it there and problem solved the same day driving car for 2months. I didn't need struts and the cost was reasonable. They are amazing! God Bless them all.
