6I think the guy at the counter was racist or something I had questions about a product That was refurbished by Sid Harvey with a Sid Harvey tag on it he pretended to have no knowledge of the product. He pretended that he didn’t have equipment to test the product that I had to see if it was working properly but in the Sid Harvey store in the city they would test parts and tell you if it was good or bad. Then I purchased a 300 circular pump and he said that I could not use my credit card because I didn’t have an account there. If your credit cards has a chip and you have ID I never heard of that. He should have just said if your black you can’t use a credit card. I will never buy from this place again.
Very satisfied with this crew. As a service pro they have the follow thru I need in today’s results demand on a residential level. You do need an account as they cater to professionals. Highly recommend
This place was a lifesaver. I have an oil furnace and needed a part but didn't want to wait several days by ordering online. The staff was extremely helpful and advised me to bring my broken part to verify I was getting the proper replacement. The price was competitive and the part worked perfectly once I installed it.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the OEM motor in stock for my furnace but were able to recommend a comparable after market unit. Replacement motor has been working great and saved a ton of $$.
Tried to buy a 8.00 item that was on the shelf and easily located by the associate. Because I didn't have an account they wanted to charge me their 20.00 minimum.needless to say I will not return
I would avoid this business if possible. They do not take returns. I tried to return a $13 product that was unopened, sealed, and still in the package. The clerk said that since they are a wholesale business they cannot accept returns. There is a Home Depot right down the street and if you can get your item there, you should. At least they will accept a return if needed.
