Siegfried Septic Service, Nazareth PA

Septic alarm started going off on Sunday afternoon. Found Siegfried had 24 hour emergency service and were 1 mile from my house. Called and they immediately picked up, listened to my issue, diagnosed my problem and came out the very next day to pump tank and fix electrical issue with septic pump. Very professional and responsive and we are so thankful for Siegfried and will be using them in the future for our tank pumping and repairs! Thanks again, Eric & Loni Stephen

Terrible service, cares more about money then actually doing good work. Has lied to customers and has taken money from people without even pumping. Overall very untrustworthy service and I would not recommend.

Was told that if we had both our business and local residence septic removed that we would get a "neighborhood discount" for having both removed. Then we were told that at our local residence it would have to be shoveled out as the past company who installed our septic didn't even offer us riser's as an installation opportunity. When we were told we had to dig it out we did so and then was informed upon them coming back out that we would no longer be getting a "neighborhood discount" for both that we instead even had to pay extra for having to use "extra hose" to hook up and remove the waste. Every time I called them back trying to figure out these so called hidden extra costs a lady would always pick up and then say to me "hold on I will have to speak with the gentleman to find out. " When I finally asked and questioned her about why she keeps to referring to this person as "the gentleman" I finally asked her who is this gentleman you speak of? She at first ignored me and then I finally just asked "are you referring to the owner? " She said yes.and finally got him on the phone.after a long 30 minute debate (which was totally uncalled for) I then proceeded to give him the benefit of the doubt even though I told my friends about what was going on and they all said that it was ridiculous for him to charge me extra for hooking up extra hose. I then asked the owner what I should do and he said to text him pictures which I did to the number he specified and I did so 3x. He then proceeded to ignore them and never responded back. I find this to be horrible service and a bunch of lies. Never do business with someone like that.

Great service. I can't say enough good things about this business. The owner has personally helped us out- even after normal business hours (once on the night before a major holiday). He is always professional, prompt, and honest

Called because of a backup in our system. They told us they would be out that day as soon as they could. They are very knowledgeable and gave us honest cost effective results. We will definitely be getting a bid from them to help us design and install a new system. I trust their services because they care about our needs.

Called them on New Year's Day. Someone answered the line. Came out same day. Informed me, showed me, and fixed the issue. Very kind.

Don was very professional. He came back three times including on Saturday to make a final adjustment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when in need of help. Definitely recommend Siegfried!

I had this company come out to give me an estimate on a new septic system installation. Don was out here within a day and it was very courteous, professional and honest. I have dealt with other companies in the past and a lot of them were trying to cheat me out of my money. This company comes highly recommended from a lot of my friends I'm colleagues

We had Don come out to service our septic system. This was an emergency as it happened very late night. He was there within an hour and did the job quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. Yvonne answered all my questions. A+
