Signature Nails & Spa

Drove 40mins to signature nails &spa and it didn’t disappointed me. I had a fantastic experience! The salon was clean and had a relaxing ambiance. The staff was friendly and professional. I got a gel manicure, and the technician did an excellent job with attention to detail. The color options were vast, and the final result lasted for weeks. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of service. I highly recommend this salon!

I am not writing this review to be malicious at all. Just want to give others a warning. I got my nails done 2 times here. The first time I had a wonderful experience. This time around was not very pleasant. They took me back right away which was nice. I wanted a gel manicure with one of the cat eye nail polishes. The nail tech (I do not know her name) started on my nails. Everything was fine until she started cleaning up my cuticles. She cut my one finger and it started to bleed. Of course, it wasn't done on purpose and she apologized. I believe that once that happened, she got flustered and probably wanted to get me done quick because I felt like it was very rushed. I also noticed that the nail tools weren’t sterilized and it didn’t seem the cleanest there. Once my nails were done, i wasn’t too sure about the color, but I figured the lighting was maybe what was making it look weird. So I paid for it, tipped and then left. I went outside to my car and got a better look at my nails. The color was not pretty (which was my bad for choosing it) but also the polish looked a little sloppy and there were bumps on several of my nails. I sat in my car for almost an hour debating on if I should go back in and have them fix it or just have them take off the polish entirely and get a refund. I really hate to be that person because I’m not confrontational and this has never happened to me before. I ultimately made the decision to go back in and have them take it all off and get a refund. Everyone there was nice about it which made me feel better and they agreed to give me the refund or have the option of getting a gift card. The girl who took off my polish was very nice. No one was rude to me, but I was just so upset about the whole situation and will not be returning to this nail salon.

My go to if my other place is busy. They do decent mani/pedi and have a lot of color choices. Place icould be cleaner
and the plus is that ioesn't smell like a nail salon

I've been going here for about 2+ years. My current nail tech who I LOVE is Ivy! She does an amazing job every single time. She takes her time, makes sure you like the color you pick, confirms your nail shape with you and is very polite. Before Ivy, I was seeing Cindy and before that Lily who were also amazing. I 100% recommend scheduling with Ivy for your next nail appointment. She loves what she does and it shows through her work & service. See the photo below for my most recent set with Ivy. I always leave impressed.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the salon is clean and my acrylic nails came out great!

She says her name is Lanette, she’s very very much Racist never experienced what I’ve experienced today every n life. She tells me to pick a color and sit for 10 mins and it has been 40 mins I watch her take a Caucasian family before and she tells me someone else to do my full set nails. The lady which she takes even tells her I was before all 3 of them and she laughs and says someone else will do my nails instead. I asked why not her and what was the problem. She laughed and spoke her language amounts others so I asked her name and tooken her pic. I wish and pray they will get that nail shop out of there shut them down for good! Please

I left the salon crying yesterday because the woman who waxed my eyebrows did such a horrible job. I just wanted them cleaned up but she completely removed majority of my brow. Waxed off the arch, made them so ugly and thin, AND still made me pay when i was visibly upset. I will be regrowing my eyebrows for months (if they even grow back). The worst is that she made me pay and didnt even seem apologetic. Just kept saying she only removed a little. It is clear she didnt and I will just keep crying every time I look in the mirror for months. It is trully that bad and unfair. I dont know how a professional doesnt know to not mess with the shape of someones brow. I am utterally devastated and appalled. I was gas lit by her, and now short 9 dollars for completely botched brows.

The staff was friendly but they file crooked my search continues for a establishment that understands wide and round and not crooked.
