They need an update. The instruments and machinery are old school. Saw a lot of unprofessionalism from employees.

First visit i went for a xray n cleaning. Xray pieces kept poopin out n assistant had trouble takin my xrays. Then cleaning i wasnt even offered glasses, so the whole time my eyes n face was gettin drenched during the cleaning process. I then went back to get my crown replaced. Knce i got my temporary fitted in it came out 2 days later. They only except walk ins till 2pm so i had to take off from work. Had them re-cement my temporary. The dentist did not do a fit check before placing the temp in, so she put it in the wrong orientation and had me hold down my bite until cement dried. Once it was dry she asked how my bite feels. NONE OF MY TEETH TOUCHED when i closed my mouth. So she said its ok i can file it down. She filed it down about 10 times till i said im ok with leavin it alone cuz she filed it down past the temp into my tooth. Left n tried to get use to the discomfort and ended up goin back and sayin you guys need to replace the temp. The new dentist i had gave me attitude n said nuthing is wrong what i do i mean by she put it in wrong. Then i had to explain to the dentist how tempary molds are made n placed. Then she realized it was placed wrong n started grinding it down more but this time on all sides as well to make the tooth look normal but all it did was make the temp look like a whie square stub with a piece of the top showin the cemente. The dentist said she couldnt take it out cuz it was already cemented n i should be fine. So i left unsatisfied. Fast foward a couple days later THE TEMP BROKE IN HALF due to them shavin the whole thing down to nuthing. I then called them n said I need them to replace the temp today and they said they had no appointments available n dont except walk ins after 2pm. They told me to try n not eat on that side till my appointment for my permanent crown which is A WEEK AWAY! Horrible service, outdated dental tools, I am hesitant on even letting them place my permanent crown. How do i have to be careful n not eat due to dentists not knowing how to do their job.

I went in after a few years of not getting dental care due to lack of insurance. So my first time back was scary. But Amanda (I think that was her name) was everything I could have asked for and more. Her bedside manner was so warm and she made me comfortable. There was no judgment and she really gave me good advice and some nice chit chat to ease my nerves. I had two deep cleanings and she made it so I was comfy, relaxed and informed. My teeth feel and look amazing. Thanks so much! See you guys again in 3 months!

Drove my wife to the clinic. Waited in the car for 1 hour with a 4 month kid and a toddler hoping to get her teeth extracted and he said there’s no infection but needs root canal.
2x$800=$1600.
Left to schedule another appointment and the teeth was infected and needed extraction.
Clean and friendly staff.

I took my kids here for the first time, and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, from the women at the front desk to the dental hygienists and doctors. They did a great job to the point that I scheduled an appointment for myself here.

Everytime I’ve gone I have waited up to 1 and a half hours to be seen, even when I’m early for my appointment. I was in for a cleaning. They talked about how it’s a shame my teeth look so bad and I need a deep cleaning. Told me my insurance covered it. It did NOT. Then when I’m in the chair for deep cleaning they say “oh yeah it’s gonna be $700” UHM NO! Then the last time I went for my wisdom tooth pain. The dentist he put 8 needles in my mouth and my body was shaking like crazy. He didn’t notice an infection in my wisdom tooth somehow and went to pull it out, I felt every bit of it and none of the numbing needles worked. No prior antibiotics or anything. This pain was intense

Went here 2 times for a cleaning. Nice place, clean, friendly staff. In and out in about an hour despite being pretty crowded. I'd definitely recommend this dentist office.

Amazing dental work, the dentist numbed me up and a few minutes later said "OK let's check and see if you are fully numb" 15 seconds later my top teeth were out. A minute after that, my bottom teeth were done. I wasn't even sore the next few days. Great job. Friendly staff. Clean office, quick appointments. Plus when you arrive for your appointment you aren't left waiting for hours. I go back for my fitting mid July. Looking forward to it.

I went here to get a new permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. The glue started coming loose within less than a week and then the whole retainer broke off of my teeth. I went back to get it fixed and got called a liar because I told them it broke off when I was eating a pancake. He insisted there must have been nuts or something else. Anyways once they fixed it, it stayed for about a week again and then starting breaking off my teeth. They told me if it happened again I’d have to pay them to fix their own mistake. Don’t go here.

Fast effective treatment of my emergency. This practice is considerate and honest. I recommend this practice on the highest levels. Easy computerized patient registration is a plus.

It took the staff member 40 minutes to confirm that I do indeed have dental insurance. I showed her my card and the info on my app. She told me I must be wrong about my insurance. I finally had to call the insurance company myself and connect them with this office to get it worked out. No apology afterward. I didn’t get seen until more than an hour after my appointment time. The dentist was very friendly but the cleaning was extremely fast and not thorough, no flossing. I won’t be coming back.

I have been here a few times and would say my experience with the dentists and hygienists has been positive.

The front desk and administrative side of things has been really chaotic and frustrating. In my experience they are consistently 30-45 mins behind on the appointments, disorganized, and generally unpleasant to folks on the phone and in person: (

Very friendly, staff they all made me feel very comfortable. Explained what was being done step by step. I was very satisfied with my first visit and will definitely be back every 6 months for my check ups. Also the office was pristine. Not a long wait at all which is always a plus.

Great place my girls went for the first time and my 13 year old was terrified to go but she said it’s the best dentist she’s ever went to. They said they loved it.

I went for an emergency they told me I was gonna be seen only cause it was an emergency gave me antibiotics and told me I wasnt allow to have services done because Maryann discharged me from the office due to an argument I was unprofessional as well as she was extremely unprofessional who do I speak to in human resources?

What I really enjoy about this office is that I always leave feeling well educated on my oral health and hygiene. I feel like all the staff is very personable and my visits are always pleasant. I would recommend this office to all friends and family.
